You know what happens to cops that break the law that they too, as american citizens are supposed to obey? Nothing happens to them. The nations PD's are legalized organized criminal organizations. Rather than being prosecuted and thrown in prison with all the other criminals, instead they get a 2 week paid vacation and then come back to work all refreshed like nothing has happened all chipper and ready to commit more crimes.

This is what happens when you have a totalitarian police state instead of a republic that is run for the people and by the people. Here's the evolution cycle of a democracy.

Democracy>corruption>dicatorship>ruin. The truth of the matter is, there is not one form of government you can even trust because they are all corrupt.

Put your hopes in the King of kings and obey his laws and leave this corruption behind.

You don't even have to do a thing, because they will get their due and when they do, it will be him doing it to them. This is called Divine Retribution, and they will not even see it coming nor will they be able to avoid it.

I worked in an ER for several years, and I know why a lot of them seem pissed off. People are crap. I saw so many unspeakable things, things that scarred me for life. I had to quit, I couldn't take it anymore.
There are bad people in every single profession. Social workers to coaches, we all know what goes on there.

That cop is just another piece of crap, like half of the other people out there. People should use caution no matter who they are dealing with, I trust no one.

They do lock up rapist cops. But, yeah, some get away with even murder.

Here's the only problem I have with this. The Milwaukee WI criminal information and civil suits are public information. So I did a search of their (Milwaukee WI court system) info on Cates, Ladmarald and came up with only civil suits:

Like i said last page, this disproves your so called "police state" theory. In a real police state, no one would have been charged with this crime, let alone convicted as this officer was. They would be actively encouraged to rape, steal, beat and detain, and never once be held responsible, nor would the media ever hear of it.

Sorry, things are getting worse, yes, but police state? Not even close and this proves it.

to the person who mocked the guy for going to get water for the policeman,, what was he supposed to do, it;s a cop, was he supposed to argue with him? and risk going to jail? people do what the cops ask, they don't want trouble.

So I called the Wisconsin Federal courts (414-297-3372) and spoke with a clerk named Julie, gave her the name of: Cates, Ladmarald and asked if there indeed was a jury trial and what the disposition was. This is what she could tell me:

Yes there was a jury trial and he was found guilty of count 1, but not count 2

handy , the cop has not been sentenced yet, but the article says he could get life. Time will tell.

And this is where a civil suit should be introduced against the City of Milwaukee for failing to protect the publc, assault etc. by the raped woman, the previous 16 year old and the inmates who all were assaulted by this law enforcement officer. And soon, before time runs out. Hitting these cities in the pocket book for failing to protect despite several accusations against this monster is extremely irresponsible.

Not sure, what was his sentence? I know here in Canada, even regular people who rape are often given slaps on the wrist and barely do more than a year or two in jail. Makes me sick.

Ps. i see from the post under yours that he has not been sentenced. So yeah, your jumping the gun and making up things to try and prove your point. He may get life.

No, it does not. Again, in a police state, he he would not have charged, the public would never know about it, and his actions would have been encouraged. Im not defending this, i just think people have no idea just how brutal a real police state would be.

The story was reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the largest newspaper in Wisconsin, and a reputable paper, so it does come from a legitimate source.

Those who don't bother to do a little research and call this a hoax only make themselves look bad.

What we need is to put cams on all of these cops, so they can't do stuff like this. That would end all speculation.

all acceptable answers. the only officer who would have a problem with any of these is the type of officer who is likely to rape someone on a call, at which point, you're already screwed.

If that was my wife or girlfriend I'd be on the warpath. I don't understand how she could let it go for so long. Unions are the scourge of civilized society.

This is why cops do bad things - they get away with it most of the time. I'm glad this girl followed through and took this pig out of commission.

The happy ending to this story (if you can call it that) - karma is going to repay the cop with the same exact treatment he dished out: Some regular, forced sodomy in the shower to remind him why he's there.

I bet that EVERYONE in that precinct acts the same way. That is why he felt so comfortable doing what he did. His fellows should have been all over the news denying his behavior. Birds of a feather lie together.

There are good cops and there bad cops.
I think we need to look at the top of the ladder to find the problem, Who's responsible for the hiring and training of cops?

And the justice system should take a harsher stance against cops who are found guilty of these crimes,
they are ment to be at our service to be trusted to protect us!

And this a problem every where, not just the US.
