Utter rubbish! We live in a free and open society where people are free to express themselves. Our society is so free one can even come onto conspiracy websites and disagree the the general consensus. It's called democracy. Stop acting like a communist. Opinions and expression are like the human anus. Everyone has one! iF they want to have guns in their avatar let them. It does nor scare or intimidate me nor should it you!

What about all the kids that are on the net
they will also want to look "cool" and try to pose with a gun
with the finger on the trigger .. how many time it already happened and they shot by accident
their little brother or sister

Sorry but i still not approve being that much irresponsible
its a free world yes wonder why the USA keep attacking other countries
they think they are free to do everything

maybe if you were alone .. but not the case
we need people who are mature to make a mature world
you need to be mature and responsible to live in freedom
it is common sens

To be honest I had initially thought most sites didn't allow users to post pictures of weapons.

I agree with you 100%, and no this isn't an attack on any ones freedom.

If you're really worried about your freedoms, go outside.

There is no such thing as the devil.
Kid can already watch all the violence they could handle, they could turn it to any channel, hell they could just watch the news....

Thats great you plan on taking care of your kids
But when you go around thinking you should censor things for others then you have become the fabled "devil" imao.

Violence is already rampant on television and video games, even cartoons, and even in nature. When I was 10 years old, I had to go get my BB gun, and shoot a baby rabbit in the head, because our housecat had caught it, and was eating its guts on the front porch while the poor thing was still alive. I knew enough to be merciful even when nature was violent and cruel.

And whats wrong with XXX? Better to be educated about sex than to be naive about it. You know the whole "preacher's daughter" stereotype didn't come out of nowhere. The open and honest families that discuss these things with their kids don't have all the problems that the repressed families have.

is that the perfect freedom world everybody wants ??

Yes.

not my kind of freedom

Fine, turn off the avvys, or look away, or live in a bubble. Your choices, no problem.

i will raise my kids by censoring many stuff to them for their own sake

Your kids, your choices, but I think you will regret it. My kids are 5 and 4 years old, and I bet they already know more about sex, and more gun safety, and more common sense than most teenagers these days. In fact, I know so, because I have seen my 5 year old educating the next door neighbor's 12 year old on many subjects.

i wouldnt want my kids to try to pose with a gun to look cool
and accidentaly fire the weapon in the house

Neither would I!! That is why my 5 and 4 year old already know how guns work, how dangerous they are, and they are not allowed to point even a water gun or toy gun at anything they don't intend to kill. They know basic gun safety, they know not to touch a gun, and if they do happen to touch a gun, they realize guns are for killing things, not for playing and posing. Better to educate than to coddle and protect. What if your kids never see a gun, and then one day, they are 15 and naive, and they run across one in a ditch, or at a friends house, and they don't know a thing about it? How dangerous will that be!!!

No censorship = the devil

OK. Again, you're entitled to your opinion. We have a spiritual household. Not necessarily Christian, but with a belief in God and the unexplained. BUT, they is no "devil" to blame all the evils on.
Evil is something we do as humans. I don't plan to provide them some mythical scapegoat for all of their wrong-doing. We are responsible for our own actions.

Getreadyalready

Not every kid has good parent like yourself and your wife
some kids dont have any choice to raise themself with what they learn and see in this world
if nothing is censored and controlled .. they will probably later thinks
they have freedom for anything they want or thinks to do
even shooting a poor rabbit eating grass or else ..
to much freedom makes weak minded people thinks they are all powerfull
look the USA

Good point. I can see how some things (like XXX) might send the wrong message to a kid if there is no adult to put things in perspective and provide guidance.

Still, I don't think censorship is the answer, I think a return to good intact families, and family values is the answer. It is a shame that so many kids don't have sturdy parents to guide them. Censorship might be a short-term patch for limited cases, but it is not something that will fix the society. We have to fix the families to fix the society.

It is a general list, as it goes with the old addage, you can please some of the people some of the time. What some would find offensive, others would not.

Oh my...

I am not too fond of Cats. I am mildly allergic (eyes swell a little with the hair). I watched this video and I must say something. This video has made me think I should get some cream for the eyes or medication and go get me a cat. It was cool.
