Yeah, I made a emergency edit in my post after I got the results via email after some minutes. I did not wanted to delete my comment, I added a line that I was wrong and a sorry to you. BTW, dont take this to serious at all.

Edit: I could provide you some german IQ tests but it would not make sense. It was no offend to you, pls read my signature and all should be explained. Not a failure on your side

Did the test. Scored 357

Once upon a time, say a few years back. There was a free IQ test floating about that had a gazillion questions and took you over an hour to do (It may have been less then that, but it seemed to go on forever).
Can't seem to find it now.

It also gave you a great read out on what your strengths and weaknesses were, whether you were more left or right brained etc etc.

There is a sneaky little box that says "see test results", if your IQ is above 100 you will find it.
It is indeed free.

The main Idea of my Thread is that ATS should have its own intelligence test forum.
I was only providing links as an example. Furthermore, I did check and test the links prior to posting,
and I was able to test and review the results without paying a dime.

Help me out here, and contibute a clean link if you can.

I wish you would stop appologising OP, your links all work as they should.
If you quickly read my first or second post I tried clearing up the confusion.

The issue people are complaining about is that on the 1st website you linked, right at the end of the free test it offers to sell you one of its other services, that is all. It is a free test and your links work great, they just need to give an email address for the results.

..i can still be a jerk and ignorant of many things.

Life has taught me wisdom and humility and humanity, i value those qualities above my supposed intelligence.

So i didn't take the test, it's a pointless ego trip and i already have enough spam in my inbox.

To add something to the REAL topic:

I dont think its a good idea to pinpoint Iq in profile, not because I wouldnt want others to know about my IQ but IQ really doesnt say anything about intelligence at all. Stars are a propaganda tool already. Also, who says that the "average joe" doestn have to say something intelligent? I would not want to miss any post because there is a "IQ filter"

If I did make a mistake(which does not appear to be the case now) , I will be the first to admit it and correct it.
Accuracy is important in my book, and honesty as well.

Sorry about my reply and if you felt it was aimed entirely at you, it was not.

The reply came much after as I am actually at work, and had my reply box left open a while. I am nearing the end of my shift though (been up since 4am as I already mentioned) and am a bit grouchy due to lack of sleep, so once again I appologise if i overreacted.

No hard feelings I hope, I just wanted people to enjoy the test and receive their results, just as I did.

I am not very convinced an IQ test will say something about how .....serious?.....you should take a person?

An IQ-test (ignorance test) test would more interesting here on ATS.....

I agree the IQ is just a means of creating superiority complexes among people,so they can flaunt their higher 'number' at others to surge their insecurity on them...

I just kind of wanted to let the rest of the world know

that there are some Very intelligent people here, and they should not be underestimated.

I am a major fan and member of this site, but to be honest, I really dislike the"Conspiracy" Label.

I feel it that the connotations are uneccessary without merit at this point.

The act of revealing the test result is already in itself enough
to invalidate that result. Takes just common sense to figure that one out.
