Kat's Halloween Thread & Costume Contest

My daughter is a cardboard Minecraft Creeper.
Her friend is an unidentified Sailor Moon charater.


My girlfriend is Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan.
I made the robe from a tablecloth and scraps. The blaster is a modified Jango Fett blaster. The buns are wired doll hair.

I freaked my own kid out though, it was funny.

For some reason this angle gives me a Leno chin.

There was a flash mob event that took place all over the country on Sat., where lots of zombies would do the Thriller dance. We were originally going to do it, but went to Guavaween instead.

I'll bet there are lots of vids of this, at different locations, on the web now...just Google on thriller flash mob 2011, and you'll see a lot.

Kat, I know we don't do too much with points anymore, but when you let me know the winners, I will be happy to award each winner 5000 points. (As staff, I will exempt myself from the contest as a candidate, I just wanted to post what we went as).

I was thinking yesterday that dang, I should of arranged a Thriller flash mob. Glad to hear people are doing it. I will definetly look for one next year.

Sadly no videos of our Thriller dance - to be honest, i dont ever remember that part of the night lol! who knows, maybe someone filmed it somewhere - im not aware tho

So far out our 2 Halloweens ive won Scariest Costume both years - its a dynasty hahaha

But seriously, i am now throwing down the challenge for next year - i was going to cut back on my cosume but now im inspired - gonna try n take out the ATS Award hahaha - has an Aussie ever won it lol? HISTORY WILL BE MADE
