Cuba is a state sponsor on terror? Why?

Bachmann was well-received on that rebuttal, but I don't get it? Of course, these are Floridians in the audience, and there is a lot of hatred for the tidal wave of Cubans here. The immigration problem here is probably worse than the one in Texas, and we have an ocean instead of a fence.

Ron Paul crushed the question on abortion...

State's rights!

Laws don't solve problems, morally upright people do.

Keep up the good work GRA!

EDIT: 10 minutes later, Herman Cain crushes Obamacare!

Wow, Bachmann got some lasting hollers on her last response on separation of Church and State. It was a small spattering, but it lasted well into the next question.
*
*
Paul gets very good responses to his answers. He seems to gain momentum as the debates roll on. He has done that in the previous debates as well.
*
*
Perry just muffed another one. Did he even answer the question?

Both him and Romney strike me as greasy used car salesmen.

I don't trust 'em.

Cain just said, "We need to get bureuacrats out of the business of micromanaging...."

He applied it to healthcare, but it could be applied to education, and every other arena.

"Micro-managing" at the Federal level is going to be my new catch phrase!!!

Hell...I've lived it for twenty years in the Military.

Sometimes it's needed, most times...not.

God I hate Perry.

"I will err on the side of life." That doesn't say anything. He admitted to being swayed by a single case, and a lobbyist. he is extremely weak, or just a flat out liar. Crowd just looking around at each other.

In my opinion, Perry is showing a lot of chinks in his armor tonight.

The idea going in was for Perry and Romney to not have any gaffes, and for the others to scramble to try and get attention, but instead Perry has gotten a lot of attention and fumbled it!!

I'm predicting a poor showing after this debate, even though I have seen huge support for him here today.

I'm Hoping that Perry and Romney continue to fail.

Enough with the classic politicians...let's get back to basics.

It's been 35 minutes, and I've only heard Ron Paul speak once.

I've lost count of how many times Perry has spoken. It's probably over 5 now, at least.

Did Romney really just say, "there are a lot of reasons not to elect me."

GAFFE

What the hell? What are the reasons?

I think I know what he meant to say, but dam that was a bad thing to say. I used to sell tires, and I never said, "There are a lot of reasons not to buy this tire but that is true for all tires, and I think you'll like this one."

I wholeheartedly agree...

I think Perry was unprepared for this debate because most of the questions he is getting hit with, he has given straw man answers for.

Ron Paul has done well so far, and Romney is holding his own.

Personally, I'm behind Ron Paul 100%, but some of the other candidates have come up with some decent answers, albeit probably scripted long before the debate.

Is it just something I have noticed or have others noticed that in the last 5 minutes of the debate so far Rick Perry almost acts as though he is worn out and defeated? Tonight has been a rough night for him and it appears the only way he thinks a way to take control over this situation is to constantly attack Romney, it is very unprofessional. After the immigration issue and the massive boos he received then the attack in regards to HPV it just seems like he is falling apart up there.

Even his attack on Romney was hard to follow like he had a stroke or something.
