I still don't have the answers I desired when I started this thread. All i've got since it opened is 90% Obama is sh*t.
How have you felt it on the ground. How..?? Do you all notice that things are worse with Obama in the White House in your day to day lives and I don't mean when you're walking past the newspapers or watching Fox News. I bet none of you can honestly say there are any real differences between Bushes final year and this year.??? And i'm also not talking about the money in your pocket. I know bank bailout, tax etc. but that's a global thing. So.... Please, someone... Tell me how you're worse off.

This Administration had put a stop on those slight annual increases to people's Social Security Income back in (was it 08 or 09?) because they said it was no longer needed, while food and gas prices and utility bills continued and continue to rise. My mom goes to a church food pantry (only allowed once a month) to get some assistance food.

Op, your first few lines says it all

"I'm not American... I have never lived in America... But, like many English speaking people around the world I was brought up watching American films and listening to American music. But this isn't about films or music. "

This tells anyone from American all they need to know, you are not American, and you have never Lived in America, thus you have no concept of what it means to be American, nor in reality do you have any concept of what the past 10 years or so has done to our country. American films and music, do not give you the experience or information to form opinions about the leader of our country or the current state of our country as a whole. You can try to form outside opinions, and thats fine to each thier own, but they would not necessarily be correct, until you were born, grew up and have lived in America, and are an American.

From my point of view Obama is a puppet, outside forces guide him through his continious attempts to socialize this country, a country that has since its founding been based on its peoples rights to personal freedom.

Past history has shown us that ANY type of socialism attempted does not work. Eventually it fails as the people who live and work in the socialized coutry finally get thier belly full of never having enough money to survive, of watching thier politicians live the high life while they struggle to make ends meet, of watching thier loved ones die for lack of medical care, and thier sons and daughters struggle to live.
Americans are endowed through the constitution with certain rights, the document was meant to allow us to protect ourselves. Slowly we have been watching those rights be eroded away, and ever so slowly there is a growing discontent among the masses.

While most european countries have visible protests, and rallys when they have issues with thier political system, its a bit harder to do over here, mostly because our country is so BIG. Most european countries are the size of one or more of our smaller states. And yes, we have had protests, and rallys in our country, but with a country this size, they really dont make a dent, because it doesnt affect enough people, it doesnt disrupt thier daily lives enough to make them sit up and take notice.

Hopefully, in the near future things wil change, there is a small but growing discontent with the rights that are slowly being eroded, with the economic state our country is in, and the personal freedoms which are being taken away in the name of protection for the masses. Its about time the masses took it upon themselves to protect themselves and kept big briother out of it, and it will happen when enough people get hungry enough, or scared enough, or watch enough people die.

Until then, observe if you like, comment if you like, but dont you dare try to tell us how to run our country when you live heaven knows where and have never lived here and are not an American by birth.

You wanted to know how we were worse off- We cant go anywhere or do anything that big brother isnt watching, It is so expensive to live that 70% of the people in our country are either on food stamps or go to a food pantry to get enough to eat, and then its often not enough, we have an approximate unemployment rate of 25%, medical dental, and vision care is prohibitively high priced if you dont have insurance, and if you make a minimum wage, you cant afford to pay the premiums for insurance, and if you have a job you dont get state provided medical care. Utiltiy bills are so high that our elderly have to make the choice between keeping the heat on in the winter, and buying the medications that make thier lives acceptable, same goes for anyone who has a child that needs constant medication. Higher education costs are so high now that only the wealthy can afford them without being in debt for the next 40 years after you get out of school. Banks have been bailed out with federal money, as have car manufacturers, but the little guy who does all the work, and pays the coutries bills has been given nothing, after Obamas little cash for clunkers fiasco, you cant even buy a cheap descent car to drive back and forth to work, instead you have to buy something from a dealership that costs far to much, and eventually gets reposessed because you cant afford to buy gas for it, pay the car insurance, and still make the payment. Our coutry is too big to have coutry wide transportation(example: I live 24 miles one way from work-no jobs any closer so I have to drive 48 miles everyday). Minimum wage doesnt even begin to cover the cost of housing, insurance, food, clothing, transportation, utilities. So there, thats whats wrong with our country. Who caused it, our politicians who lie from the beginning of thier campaigns right to thier seat in the house, senate, or presidential seat, the ones who allow others to make descisions for them against thier better judgement, and the wishes of thier constituents.

Nice one man, i get that. I really do... But global meltdown is happening now. The middle east is a hot bed now. There are people who actually may pose a nuclear threat to the US and it's Allies now. They're so angry down there it's ridiculous. Israel would bomb the hell out of Palestine and numerous other middle eastern countries if there weren't a detterent. America has that role now and it should use it for good. Which on the face of it, it is. Hasn't always.... But... Maybe Obama could be the guy. If the PTB really run the show then they've built up his rep around the world purposefully.

Let me just reiterate that im not necessarily pr-Obama. Im just pro the world coming together.

Em.. Cuba, China, de-communised to an extent. Ooorah mate. I don't know why you've come in here like a bull in a china shop or an eagle in a small aviary flying into other birds and the like. ''Endowed'' with what?? Im sorry Rossa but we all have rights. In most civilized countries. Theres no need to act like it's your divine right to be entitled.

Did you even read the thread.? Or did you just read my opening paragraph and decide what need to be said. Very narrow minded. There was no ill feeling intended on my part as you'd know if you read those two pages of posts. But the mere fact that my opening paragraph stated I never had lived in the US was supposed to give you, the reader a little bit of the writers background in order to better interpret his point of view.

we had a swine flue epidemic

Not to discredit the rest of what you wrote but now you have me remembering something I forgot about. Wasn't the whole thing determined to be a major hoax? Not saying there wasn't a spread (my kid got it) but an epidemic I don't know and/or remember.

I looked and found a few things but nothing any gov't official (as the actors aren't not going to say they were involved etc).

January 20, 2010
H1N1 swine flu hoax falls apart at the seams

The great swine flu hoax of 2009 is now falling apart at the seams as one country after another unloads hundreds of millions of doses of unused swine flu vaccines. No informed person wants the injection anymore, and the entire fear-based campaign to promote the vaccines has now been exposed as outright quackery and propaganda.

Even doctors are now calling the pandemic a complete hoax. As reported on FoxNews, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, a leading health authority in Europe, says that drug companies "organized a 'campaign of panic' to put pressure on the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare a pandemic. He believes it is 'one of the greatest medicine scandals of the century,' and he has called for an inquiry."

H1N1 swine flu was never dangerous, and it never should have been escalated to a level-six pandemic in the first place. It was all a big marketing scam whose purpose was to simply sell vaccines.

Did you ever hear the tape of the Pharm execs laughing about how they were going to get people to take the damm shots?

Why does Utopia have to be fiction?? Its possible. And there for probable. If the world was one ''Country'' if you will with every country being a state then ''they'' would not own all resources. Thats what each country would use to barter with. Not companies. Because private companies would have to be merged with massive state owned ones in order to save all jobs and allocate resources evenly.

Because people are not created equal. Everyone has a different opinion on what Utopia is.

But our lifestyles and how we act don't necessarily need to change. The life we're accustomed to, the western lifestyle can stay the same. We need not change. Just the system we do business by. Indirectly, growing up in capitalist societies has warped the younger generation into wanting money. Trust me as one of them. You just have to listen to the newest mainstream music tracks money money money, dollar dollar dollar, bling bling bling. It's now inherent. And we can keep going like this and end up in a (going on tangent but stay with me) ''Fifth Element'' style future where all of our bad ideals and idiosyncrocies have merged to make us a spoilt race or a ''Star Trek'' style perfect future where everything is groovy for everyone on planet Earth.

And before I get savaged for bringing up Science fiction. Star Trek led to the development of many if not most of todays hi-tech gear. Theoretical science put to practice works. Why cant the system.??

Go back and read the lower half of my post, I edited it, you asked what has been done that is so bad, what I wrote was the consequences of multiple actions over the past few years. Im not saying Obama did it all, Im just saying we are now facing these consequences as a result of our politicians actions, of which Obama is one.
You may think my answer simplistic, but its really not, its the answers youll get if you walk up to any guy on the street and ask whats wrong with America today. And, in essence thats what you should be looking for-those answers, because its that little guy working a 9.00 and hour job to try and support his family who should be getting the most help from his own coutry, and with Obama at the helm more worried about every other coutry out there-that little guy isnt getting any help at all. Sooner or later that little guy is gonna get pissed, and the Obama(or whoever happens to be president at the time) is gonna get pissed on.

I can pretty clearly without reservation tell you that Obama is a one shot deal. He wont make the cut for the next election. He failed, its that simple- yep there has been change, in that regard he was right-but the change isnt for the better, and that is his demise

Nice one. So its the job crisis and taxation issues.? I know, there are other things most notably health reform, closing Guantanamo and Afghanistan troop issues but they all have extenuating circumstances surrounding them.

To the little guy, ill say that that is not just happening to people inside the USA. It's happening everywhere. Most major countries are going through a jobs crisis. Her in Ireland we have a population of four and something million. Our unemployment rate this month is 14.6%. That's ridiculous for such a small country. Her, there was huge anger towards the old party in gov ''Fianna Fail'' Our people had their say and elected ''Fianna Gael, Labor coalition'' Nothing changed. Just the object of our anger. It does not make a difference who is in power. It's the systems we all adhere to.

I know people in the US feel anger towards the powers because they feel taken advantage of but nothing will change if we as people just moan about our individual institutions. Thats why I genuinely feel that an NWO type world government would solve our woes. It can work. I don't understand pessimism towards this idea.

This is simply not possible. The only way Utopia can happen is if everyone gaveup on their current way of thinking, greed, gluttony and selfishness, and change their ways. People are the cause of all bad things in this world, not the government. The government just exploits it to their benifit. If it wasn't for peoples inability to control themselfs government and police would not be needed in the first place... People need to change in a big way before anything else. Just in my city alone there is major tension over race and hate crimes happening all the time. In Utopia race would not be an issue. In Utopia people would not want to or need to cause crimes.

Go ask the leaders of North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Africa and Iran to conform to a one country world. Good luck. I feel you are very naive of human nature. We can't even get the states in the USA to play nice with each other let alone an entire world. Human nature prohibits it.

Fair enough. But in my country we have had terrible trouble with racial hatred caused by Colonial Britain centuries ago. But now, peace is becoming a reality although there are still powers that would disrupt peace they are far less capable and far smaller than in the past. Their sentiment is also way off societies general view. I believe it will come. I believe it is here. And I know there is every sort of person out there in the world that if they heard my utterings would laugh but more people need to say what i'm saying today if you wan't change to come tomorrow. Why just say people are bad and won't change. If theres anything we know it's that people do.

It doesn't need to be packaged that way either, as a one world government. Just world economic reform. This would cancel all countries debts and resolve any individual economic problems putting all countries on a level playing field. The resulting drawbacks from this are only to come from the current large players that will now see the economy of Zimbabwe to rival their own. Only..., It's not about that anymore. It doesn't matter. Nobody cares about the charts because they're the same every day. It would be forgotten about.

The people on the street would just notice prosperity and faster growth. That is the way it would be. And I think if you approached every country around the world with this as a proposition the vast majority of individual governments would see this as a really really good thing for their people. There would be certain countries that will not want to commit to this. They just don't then. The ones that do, do (as long as theres enough of them) After a few years the other countries will see the benefits and drop their archaic walls. This needs to happen. Eventually. The only alternatives are years of small wars, WW3 or of course Aliens could just come down and solve everything.

The birther threads are a start.

His biography is replete with info. I think there's a recent book out.

From early on, I'd felt they put him in the Whitehouse strictly to be a destroyer and then a scapegoat for all the destruction they'd ordered him to do. This youtube audio says essentially that within the first 1/4th of the audio.

www.youtube.com...

He was and remains a Marxist reared by marxists.

His daddy's close buddy became his close buddy at, IIRC, about his age of 8-12 or some such--that man was a known pedophile. Reportedly 'trained' him to treat men "right." etc.

His not saluting the flag;
not hosting the traditional prayer breakfast;
not honoring traditional Chrisitan events and themes etc. betray his hostility to this country and to Christianity.

His bowing to and kissing the ring of the Saudi king shows where his allegiance lies.

Some sources have asserted after the Bin Laden event that Obama promised the Muslims that if they gave him Bin Laden, he'd essentially give them Israel.

I haven't kept a list of sources. Much info is in the well known public domain. Much of it is searchable via Dogpile.com etc.

Personally, to this psychologist/sociologist--it's OBVIOUS in many lists of ways to many layers of depth.

ok, let me iterate this nice and plain like, George Bush Jr. as of 2007 was probably one of the most all time hated public figures, EVER, on that note, convenient that during this time of political and economic crisis a new social problem was arising, you guessed it! so called "minorities" and the possibility of total chaos had another republican good ole' boy or even part of the dem club got in for 8 more years, as they knew inevitably all government social service programs will have to be cut along with everything else in the budget, to maintain our imperial expansion and massive deficit, its in my strong belief obama was put in office, ONE because of his race, and TWO because of his awe inspiring ability to give a speech (too bad they are all off the wall cliche) he is as a cushion to public backlash for the inevitable transparency of the government that is going to come to the public in the next few years, and will probably be the only person standing between the american people and the people responsible for flushing our country down the toilet for reasons we can only guess! but this is all I-M-O through the looking glass of common sense!

From what I've observed of his actions in office . . .

Except for Jimmy Carter, Obama is worse than the next 10 worst Presidents combined.

He's been more destructive to the Nation, to the Constitution, to our way of life, to our values, to the family, to Christianity, to freedoms

than all the traitors convicted combined from our entire history. And his destructiveness is not finished by any means.

He's clearly a chronic, Narcissistic character disorder.

He's mean, spiteful, angry and demonstrates routinely a horrific degree of ATTACHMENT DISORDER.

He's also a pitiful victim of his puppet masters.

As this youtube audio documents:

One of my friends insists that Palin's family are as thick into the illuminati as the Bush, Clinton and Obama families.

I don't know.

I have another closer set of family friends who live in Wasilla and whose hubby has gone hunting with Mr Pailin. He insists they are authentic and just as they hold themselves out to be--genuine Christians etc.

I don't know what's totally true.

I do believe that no one reaches the DEM or GOP nominations without being vetted or at least controlled by the satanic globalists.

IF Palin got in and IF she is authentically as she holds herself out to be--the USA could have a brief pause or help from God before the super dark horrors really descend totally. BTW, she's not dumb at all. She's probably much brighter than Obama.

Otherwise, the Tribulation described in the Bible will be rushing toward us at increasing speed.

The globalists are serious about reducing the global population down to 200 million by force.

funny that Obama's policy towards Israel is the only thing I actually somewhat like about him, but not enough for me to support him. He hasn't proved he would stand up to Israel, and if the congress is going to overwhelmingly support Israel they should move there and let America be run by Americans.
