In addition you have now called me aggressive and not mature. I thought getting out of a fight was the calm way. People have been criticising through the whole thread. It just gets to be tiresome. I just didnt feel like arguing it anymore. Perhaps another time I will feel more refreshed and ready to go into debate.
I might add, there are a lot of interesting personalities here and I am learning just like everyone else.

Are you sure prayer doesnt work? Ever heard of Delia Knox. Delia was in a wheelchair for 23 years and this past November she was prayed for over and over by her church and she got up and started walking. How can that happen without prayer? Someone crippled from a car accident gets up and walks after prayer.

May I make a salient point about the karma that is affecting Honshu Island in Japan? Honshu Island is also the location of the massacre of the dolphins depicted in the movie The Cove. Taiji Cove is located at the more southern end of the island. If there is karma, and there is a reason for "the water" to be upset, it may be because of the merciless raping of the oceans by the Japanese, including the massacre of the dolphins.

I find it an accurate retaliation in that it did destroy the whaling fleet operation, permanently, of the most avid whalers who defied the whaling laws. news.yahoo.com...

Erm, it also destroyed the whales and dolphins by releasing huge amounts of radioactivity into their habitat. If you think a thought, think it to the end, with ALL it s concequences, not just the points that fit into your agenda

As no one in the scientific community managed to repeat the experiments - although a lot of attempts to do so were undertaken - the only conclusion is that this experiment doesn't provide proof (yet).

Research Emoto's work, it's sounds like quack science I know but he's repeated experiments on water many, many times and found that our thought waves do indeed affect the water.

Those stats are utterly wrong: the body consists of emptiness for over 90 percent. Take the "space" out of atoms of all people and the mass of all people living today fit in 1 cube of sugar.

You might want to learn to make distinctions between what is said about a particular action, and what is said about the person. I said the action was rebellious, which i thought i made clear. And in anycase, theres no need to be so sensitive about it. I made my points. You could go over the logic and attack me on that, but dont make it out to be some personal attack on your dignity. I had no intention of doing that.

Im a reasonable person, or try to be atleast. If you had said in the beginning you werent up to this sort of conversation, i would have respected that. Going about it with the above two statements i quoted gave off an impression of irritation or annoyance, or a sheer "I dont want to talk to you" attitude, which is an immature one.

I simply responded to your post about praying for water nd saying, while i appreciate the sentiment, i dont think it is proper to direct prayers to water, but to the creator of water. I expected either a justification for your saying that, or you could have wrote what you did here, or you could have ignored my post to begin with. Saying i need to "study buddhism" implies i didnt know anything about it, or its logic. I do, yet you also ignored that in my subsequent post, relying on the false notion that i must not know what you do, making me into a "secularist" which i am not. I am a deeply religious person.

I also mentioned at the end that i had read Dr. Emotos book - which i did some 6 or 7 years ago, and i was very fascinated in his research. It actually helped me to become a more spiritual person. It was physical proof of how the way we think and feel has a direct affect on water crystals. This is important research and i have great respect and reverence for this man. I also agree with the premise of this thread: to send prayers to help with the contaminated water around the disaster zone. My criticism than was just a minor one with a minor thing you said about water, and i did so on theological principles. I meant no offence by it.

Even some of the people I was arguing with over this get this experiment better than you. The way I see it, all enegy is God's energy, it just depends on how you use it. We qualify that energy with our own imprint if you will. As far as priests in Japan? I hadn't heard that, but let's talk about the ones in the good ol USA if you are going with that line of reasoning? I think you are a little mixed up on this, and just mixing it all up...special relationships with imaginary friends called priests? The Dr and his team did the experiment. In fact your whole post is nuts. Let's go back to the original experiement, which is the effect of human thought patterns on the malleable substance of water. The end result was to see the patterns which the water was exposed to, and they froze the water which froze into the shape created by the effect of the thought patterns on the molecular structure of the water. So, you see, our bodies are, what, 70 % H2O? If thought patterns can do this to a small amount of water in a petri dish, think what it does to your body? You cannot see radiation with your physical eyes, yet scientists found ways to measure it.
I realize you will most likely pick apart everything I say, and twist it around like you already did, so all I can say is I hope God expands your narrow room.

That means I was correct in my assessment of your post and that was why I decided then and there not to engage with you. That was it. You continue on with the same pattern as well. That tells me that you are not open minded enough to accept anything outside of your religious dogma. There is simply nothing to discuss when this type of disconnect occurs. I knew it last night, and it's what I feel today as well. I wish you well. I even tried sending you positive thoughts before I slept. And here you are still beating me up like all the secular humanists do when deeply spiritual people don't cave to their pitiful attempts at proving God does not exist.

Please go rail at the Japanese Dr Emoto about this then, as it was his prayer and his experiment. Stop railing at me. You can just go right to his YouTube page and rail at him all you want. Tell him he is rebellious idolater and blah blah blah blah whatever you want.

In fact, I challenge you to go to Dr Len Horowitz and rail at him too, as he also believes Dr Emoto's experiments.
