Well, if it isn't a mountain top celebration or lightshow, which I do not think that it is, then it's either Earthbased technology, or, ET technology.

You say optical illusion.. should we really include that as a possibility.

We're rational people here capable of deductive reasoning. We can see with our own two eyes and process what we're seeing.

If this aint a mountain top party, then, that would leave only two viable alternatives, unless we include "optical illusion".

We're narrowing this thing down here don't kid yourself. It's not merely in some cloud of indeterminacy where nothing can be known or hypothesized, that's absurd. This is the real world.

no worries, there are still some unanswered questions and it's being further investigated. I was just trying to apply some rational deductive reasoning, that's all. You know, thinking it through, with every possibility on the table, except optical illusion, that just doesn't pass muster I don't think.

mountain top lightshow, or... it's called reasoning, and there's nothing wrong with that.

everything else is what we think in our opinion's from our prospective. we really need that daytime shot, but then how we would know he is filming from the same spot, i have no idea.

based on what we don't know this sighting even if real will be hard to confirm, if false then nothing else matters anyway.

So we can rule out

1) Optical Illusion, and
2) The Taj Mahal

I agree. Neither of those hypothesis make any rational sense in light of the observed phenomenon.

No doubt, however that we might get to see a video up on youtube soon (or, a new thread here at ATS) hypothesizing that the Taj Mahal wasn't ever really a hotel to begin with..!

Now, why haven't we seen the debunkers and the sceptics attempting to claim that this is "CGI", and the people "actors" trying to sell us a HOAX, I have not seen that hypothesis in this thread yet.

' City sized ' has been mentioned but I fail to see how, assuming the object is that enormous ( or even large!!), it could have what appears to be a single strong light on top, and a few well lit windows. That does not compute!
Sure is perplexing tho', regardless of the size.....
