First violence is never the answer. So, no shooting, no nukeking, no war... please.

Second of all... Turn it around. How would you and I feel if we went as tourists to another country and got discriminated or asked for our papers every time just for looking different or foreign?

Third.. well, just think about this I mean really really think this hard. Why do you think all this is happening? Is the cartel war oppressing the Mexican people because they get something out of it? Why kill the consumers and clients? Or maybe there’s something else that they’re trying to accomplish? How about fear, desperation and need from the people? Then what? How about a savior? What about an alliance? I dunno just throwing thoughts around… my 2 cents.
Think about it…

I guess we could station our military on the border and they should be allowed to meet violence with violence but be more ruthless and much more Violent (spelling violent?)

I would like to see a new Panama Canal built, with shear cliffs on our side.
But the best idea would be to just go in and annex Mexico and throw out their racist and corrupt government.

I know our government isn't any better, but at least we're not as racist to wards or on citizens and poor.
Look at all the retirees we good sale property to.

I pretty much agree, they don't care about your family or our culture or your life. They want what ever they can take.

illegals stealing jobs and drug lords transporting drugs and crime.
We CANNOT continue to allow 20 million illegals to stretch our infrastructure, jails, prisons and economy to the limit.

No disrepect meant, but 12 million illegals are not stretching our economy to the limit. I understand that you want them out, but I can't see how 13 trillion dollars debt and many other issues aren't more important than this one.

If the government helped to revive the economy, many would forget about the 12 million they complain about today.

Declare open season on illegals.

Allow any land owner that has land bordering Mexico to deal with the illegals in their own way. If they let them pass then they should be financially responsable for those they let through so we arn't forced to be.

I used to live in Vail, AZ (South East of Tucson) and I used to have illegals cross through my sub-division on a weekly basis, and I got so tired of having my personal property come up missing on the nights they went through. The last straw was when one came to the front door at 2:00 am and demanded money and to be let in to call his ride. He had to be escorted off my property at gun-point before he got the idea. I moved to the mid-west 1 week later.

I am all for imagration, but do it legally.

all we need is a smart ID card if u are a citizen u get a holographic id to work any company found hiring illegal get fined 100k per illegal and they do massive raids on employers like construction sites for a year or 2 when there is no work for them they will stop coming also make it where any money sent to Mexico has to be sent by American citizens only. finish the border fence ship all the illegals in our prison home and micro chip them so we can track them if they try to return. also any illegal caught need to be deported and micro chipped and maybe if they put some kind of device on the border where they were electrocuted via the chip if the try to cross i say put the chip right in there brain. and tattoo on the back of there necks so they stand out. like one that says viva America

Lmao....you don't get out much do you?

I'm white, I went to Germany and my very poor german failed me when asking for directions.

Two very helpful, very well armed poilce officers helped me get around....right after I produced my legalled stamped passport.

Morroco...they ask you every time you run into the police...if you don't have them you will be in jail until an ambassador get's to you.

Turn it around...sure...every other country at least TRIES to secure their borders.

This thread is NOT about the Arizona law. It is about violence at the border.

See!! Found an error or something faulty in the post and not get the point at all... jeez... Read the third point!!

I'm just trying to cool down things a bit with all the "shooting humans" group. Trying to make people sympathize a bit.

Anyway, that wasn't the point of the post. The point was there's more to this than what you think there is.

I think California would disagree with you on that. The illegals and their bankruptcy are in large part due to the benefits that the illegals have been collecting at the expense of California tax payers.

In addition, all of those issues you mentioned are important. Just because there are other issues that are more critical, we shouldn't just ignore this issue because it truly does create crises, not the least of which is lack of respect for the law/ The fact that several Presidents have chosen NOT to enforce the law, is beyond belief.

Again, let me stress the importance here. If Presidents fail to enforce laws, we end up with a completely lawless society. Just look at the present administration. We have the person that has the IRS reporting to him, failing to file income taxes, and yet the IRS expects others to file their taxes.
I could go on and on, but I don't want to stray from the thread.

Bring the troops home and station them at the border.

Place illegals in detention centers and immediately deport them

I believe that people are talking about shooting criminals, after they have been warned not to cross the border illegally. Unfortunately, the drug dealers are shooting, and they don't seem to be very sympathetic towards the innocent victims they are shooting.

Yes, I'm sure they would disagree with me. After all, they are much happier blaming illegals than the incompetent fools they elected who gave the BENEFITS That Illegals Are supposedly collecting at the expense of California tax payers.

Like I said, there are more pressing issues. This is just another scapegoat issue that always comes up during bad economies.

But if you all think this is priority one, then I encourage you to continue the campaign against illegals. Hopefully, the ship doesn't sink before you realize it isn't the main problem.

Well, I certainly agree with you that the politicians are the ones that gave them the benefits. My concern is that since there is virtually no citizenship checking for voting, a lot of those votes came from illegals.

If you look at my posts, you'll see that I NEVER said this is the most important issue:

In addition, all of those issues you mentioned are important. Just because there are other issues that are more critical, we shouldn't just ignore this issue because it truly does create crises, not the least of which is lack of respect for the law/ The fact that several Presidents have chosen NOT to enforce the law, is beyond belief.

Note the underlined statement of mine. I acknowledged that there are MORE CRITICAL issues. Please don't twist what I said.

In addition, if you look at my posting history, you will see that I have been very consistent in opposing illegal immigration. In addition, fixing this problem is as simple as ENFORCING the laws in existence, rather than ignoring them.

Please only respond to what I actually SAID, not to straw man arguments which I have NOT put forth.

Tell the Mexican Drug Lords that, and get them to agree with it. If you can do that, then I will gladly reverse my previous statement to "make it open season on illegals".

I would like Texas to secede but seeing as Rick Perry is a bilderberg that wont be happening. I wish Ron Paul was our governor. I would feel a bit safer at least. He is doing his best in congress though.

I wish we just gave the border property owners the right to shoot to kill anyone they see on their land. That would help. Then have the government monitor their forests and road entries. Just take down the wall.

I do like the idea of Texas seceding from the Union, I am all for that. When can we get that started? The sooner the better. So Cmon Texas, get on it already!

we bring out troops home, and place them on the border, with orders to shoot

plain and simple...

If it doest happen soon, people will take this into their own hands I’m afraid.

legalize marijuana and set them to growing hemp. focus law enforcement of the dangerous drugs. the only way to keep an eye all the hot rugged terrain is
with drone tech- two just went up- hundreds more to follow.
give me a boy scout troop, x box 360 ,a squadron of nano drones -
and the problem would be over soon. merit badges for clean kills.
for those of you clamoring for troops- prepare for martial law.
