Some of Sarah Palin’s riskiest endorsements scored major victories Tuesday for the former Alaska governor, showing off her power in Republican primaries.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/ebaf940f8af1.jpg[/atsimg]
Palin had four primary endorsements in play – Carly Fiorina, Nikki Haley, Terry Branstad and Cecile Bledsoe – and three won or moved on to a runoff.

Palin served different roles for each candidate – sometimes spotlighting conservatives not well known to the national scene while at others validating conservative credentials to an unsure grassroots and even stepping in to deflect nasty attacks.

Perhaps Palin’s most powerful demonstration came in South Carolina, where her endorsement propelled a major swing in the polls for Haley’s primary campaign for governor and sustained the state representative through accusations of two separate affairs.

"Her decision to get - and stay - involved in the race here in South Carolina was a huge boon to our campaign, because it caused a lot of South Carolinians to take a second look at a rising in the polls but once-little known state legislator who was fighting to give them back their government,” Haley spokesman Tim Pearson said of Palin.

Spurce: www.politico.com...

Go ahead-Rip on her. I dare ya. Go ahead-keep making fun of her. Go ahead-keep saying she is a nothing/nodoby. She'll just keep moving past you and proving she is a political driving force in the current political arena of the USA.

You wait until Novemember. If she stays on the current course, we can cound on every 3 of 4 people she supports getting into office. The sooner the better.

Time for us dumb US citizens to seize power from the "smart" ones currently running the country. Hopefully we'll be just dumb enough not to screw over the AMerican people like the politicians we currently have and most of the previous one. The so-called best and brightest are bringing the country to it's kness and maybe even will cause it to be killed off.

(You go Girl!!!)

Drill Baby Drill???

Maybe she should change her line to:

Spill Baby Spill?

Hey...I'm voting for her in the 2012 primary

but for real...I am.

Ok...can't say it with a straight face...but I really plan on it...easy target and all.

It doesn't bother me that Sarah Palin is of fairly average intelligence.

What bothers me is how paranoid she gets, how secretive she is, and how directly she uses the power she has.

This is what scares me. The fact that she is and cam make such an impact. She is a talking head..or in this case a pretty face, and she says what (some) people want to hear.

She has become a force, too bad her intellect doesn't match her ability to gain supporters.

So why do you assume that her endorsement had anything to do with it?
Take California, Carl Fiorina was a shoe in, The Repubs always nominate the farthest right wing nut, and they always lose! CHENEY endorsed whack job Carly as well. Does that mean The Dick is poised for a comeback?
Palin has appeal to a certain segment of America
, so do a lot of things. Big deal!

The OP/Article, which I don't believe you must have read. Here is a specific part:

"Her decision to get - and stay - involved in the race here in South Carolina was a huge boon to our campaign, because it caused a lot of South Carolinians to take a second look at a rising in the polls but once-little known state legislator who was fighting to give them back their government,” Haley spokesman Tim Pearson said of Palin.

Whatever. Palin is a pawn. She is being used.
She will never make it to the big race.
Not convinced she even wants too.
Time will tell.

"Drill, Baby, Drill!"

"Death Panels!"

"Kill Grandma!"

"Obama's a Socialist!"

"We don't need a law professor in the white house!"

Yep, the intelligence of a mule sure does bring in a lot of Americans. Too bad I'm gots a good edumication.

Seriously Sarah Palin?

When I read your post I almost pissed my pants laughing. How anyone can take her serious is like saying Obama is better than Bush, they would either have to be retarded or ignorant.

I'm sure she will win plenty of seats in November. I'm expecting a Right-wing landslide this November. I'm sure we will put in a bunch of militarist, nationalist, xenophobic, homophobic, racist, creationist, bible thumping righties.

Both parties are too Conservative, the Democrats are Conservative liberals and the Republicans are National Conservatives. Too right wing for any sane minded person.

Dumb people endorsing other dumb people...doesn't change the fact that they're dumb. Not surprising that some of her endorsed "horses" won, there's a lot of dumb people around...I mean, Bush got a 2nd term too

well, she has nice legs, makes a change for all the tit fixated voters (men),
so why not let her have her say, freedom of speech? or is that just for handsome rich men?

The Dumb people are those who still think Obama is doing a good job. Palin has way more experience then Obama . It's a load of crap that she is stupid
Dumb people are still waiting for their Obama Stash, or for Obama to make their car payment... To label Tea party people as total morons is totally wrong, and If you believe that, then you have obviously never been to a tea party. Palin's supporters are smart and well educated... while Obama supporters live on another planet... a Gimmie Gimmie Planet.

I can't say she is super smart, but she isn't a complete Idiot... She is vastly more clever then George Bush. I would say she has way more common sense then Obama, but she isn't as Smart as him. but common sense is what counts more.

She's smart enough to get a million dollars book deal, a TV spot, some reality stuff, arrange huge speaker payments, political endorsements AND free Snowmobile Coats. I think she made out better than any of the Pres and VP canidates.

Her and Todd are laughing their dumba--es off, all the way to the bank: Screaming: And they call us the dumb ones!!!! LOL LOL

Oh, and now being the Biggest Female name in Politics-putting Hillary to Shame.... Yes, lets try the dumb one for a while.

AND, let's not forget, she's got a better jumpshot the Obama.

The only thing stupid is believing that having her in the white house would change one damn thing about our insane foreign and domestic policies. Does she hold any libertarian values FOR REAL? Oh wait, she is a fundamentalist NEOCON. You guys had 8 years of that and where are we now? NO MORE GAMES!
