Reports: Israeli ships attack aid flotilla

Wow! I don't know where the footage was from but it just showed Israeli gun boats shooting on the ships. And there a man speaking over a loud speaker in different languages including English saying

"Do not resist, they are using live ammunition. Return to your cabins." He repeated it over and over.

For the most part I have been reading posts and watching videos, and finally reacted when someone suggested that Israel would use nukes if there is some kind of military response to their attack.

When my response showed me that there are actually 31 segments now, I decided I had to say something besides the fact that Israel's action is wrong.

I don't believe that this will lead to WWIII but I do believe that the Turks and the Muslims have shown far more patience than the Israeli's have ever shown, and have demonstrated that their behaviour in their part of the world is far superior to that of the warmongering state of Israel.

The truth is that Israel has money, financial backing, and has had ties with the USA that has given it a false sense of its own importance and role in the Middle East.

The United Nations, the world, and the USA should condemn this attack on a peace serving vessel. It is an outrage!

Good for ATS for keeping the thread sane and safe for people to submit their views.

Nothing personal shark. I'm not trying to draw you into an argument. I even starred your post of the vids because...Hell, it's all we got!! I'm just saying I don't see much conclusive evidence that this was some kind of israeli mass-killing of turks. *shrug* I do appreciate your contributions here.

I was watching the live feed with Shark in others in the live thread. I saw Israeli's shooting on the activists and I saw no resistance from the activists aside from them hitting the ground and screaming for help.

If they're dumb enough to send out another batch of blockade runners after this, IDF needs to sink 'em, American flags or not. I'm an American, and I say sink 'em. It would be a shame if folks that foolish were allowed to produce offspring.

Don't waste time and risk soldiers with boarding parties, just sink 'em. I'm guessing that if the US were to send any OFFICIAL blockade runners, they'd at least give a heads-up and a thumb of the nose to Israel, so any others, acting in their unofficial capacity of the individual pursuit of foreign policy, are fair game - especially knowing the shenannigans this last batch pulled.

Looks as though half of the passengers aboard the ships were Irish nationality.


So politically speaking, is this not an act of war against not only NATO, but the Euopean Union as well?


Israel has been terrorizing the Palestinian people for decades now without impunity due to the fact that they have American support to fall back on.

How can America stand behind Israel firing upon aid workers and European citizens? I think they stepped in it big time.

I guess what I'm asking is where is *that* live feed?? I didn't see it on sharks videos. Maybe I'm totally blind and that COULD be. I just had a b-day and starting to feel my age....can you point it out clearly, or was this not captured by 11k others who saw the same thing?

Yeah, yeah, yeah! 50+, senior 60+ years old Nobel prize winners for peace, holocaust survivors that are also terrorists armed to the teeth's with axes and knives on a aid convoy that was going to destroy Israel... makes complete sense.

Please man, can you at least try to open your eyes a tiny bit?

And who are they (Israel) to do a illegal blockade on international waters?

Sorry but this time they will have a hard time twisting this story or paying major news outlets to give this story a silent end. Specially with the evidence now in public domain circulating freely on internet.

If no action is taken against Israel this time you can pretty much rest assured that something worst will come out of this on the not so long run. In one way or the other.

As with past events from Israel, they will send out their P.R. strategists and bloggers all over the Internet in a panic.

They will have 8 different stories by the time this is over, because their panic ALWAYS makes them sloppy.

the facts will be looked into further by Independent sources. Our Mainstream will try their hardest to ignore or distort to favor Israel. The "Muslim" and "Arab" card will be trumped out.

Independent Bloggers and new agencies will report the evidence , as the Mainstream will report their "evidence" ....and the world will decide what REALLY HAPPENED based on that evidence.

And my personal feeling is that ONCE AGAIN Israel will be called on their bluff...based on my observation of history.

So if we are to believe the spin cycle in the MSM now, rather than the flotilla of peaceful international activists who were bringing humanitarian aid to Gaza which was known about for months in advance by all parties, it was just in a few hours time become a boatload of Hamas and Alqueda terrorists that Israel was escorting peacefully into Israeli waters when they suddenly and for no reason attacked the armed Israelis with sharp objects and clubs?
Man you got to hand it to the ZOM machine, they sure know how to run those presses.

Apologies seemed I jumped the gun a bit. As you know attacks on posters can be quite common here on ATS, and I do everything to avoid that.

I don't see Israel using nukes either. I believe they'll kick ass the good old fashioned way, the way they have since the day after they were declared a nation (for the second time, first bing by the proclamation of God). Muslims being understanding and patient!?!? You are serious aren't you? LMAO.

How did you determine it was international waters when you watched it?

Not attacking you, just trying to find out how it was determined it happened in international waters.
