His Wife turned him in!!!!!

He must be unstable if he has a person around him that he obviously planned to protect and she betrays him. He should have seen the signs of betrayal...there always are ...and moved his cache and moved her out.

Yea the government is the secondary culprit, but beware of your freinds and family if you are sane enough to prepare for the coming chaos.

Keep your preparations secret and if you share information with someone make them sign a non-disclosure agreement so you at least can go after them if betrayed before it hits in a civil suit.

People like this brought an end to slavery and American independence. People like this melted their children putter toys into bullets to fight the British, Oh ya BTW people like this fought for the 2nd amendment! Perhaps your right maybe only REAL Americans should live here, I hear Mexico is nice this time of year, you should visit.

those people didnt go spraying people with bullets like this guy said he wanted to. you seem to forget that tons of people who own guns, and many gun owners are paranoids. Gun ownership for citizens should require passing a credit, criminal and a mental health check.

You are a scary individual...a credit check to buy a gun? What in the world does your credit score have to do with the right to bear arms? What if you are someone who chooses to not own a single credit card?

A mental health check to own a gun? And by WHO? The Government? Yeah right....

People like you really scare me.

I think we should have the authorities pick him up. He's clearly a dangerous, unstable individual.

BTW, if we do that, can I have his credit rating when we're divvying up his stuff? I don't run credit cards or borrow, but there are times when a good credit rating may come in handy. Like when I go to buy my next gun, under his scheme...

RE: Tigpoppa
I feel the need to respond to your comments with some logic.
Please excuse my poor editing as this is a first post.

Provide evidence for a Majority of gun enthusiasts being paranoid, and cases were they have "sprayed" people with bullets. I am looking for 50% or more, of all gun owners, who have done what you describe. Or even better provide evidence in the OP where this occurred and the gentleman was apprehended.

Gun ownership for citizens should require passing a credit, criminal and a mental health check. Clearly this entire mess could be avoided if this kind of safeguard to protect our freedom was still in place.

There are checks like this in place. Search for LEGAL gun ownership laws in your state. However, a credit check will not prove if someone has the capability or propensity for violence. Period.

I never heard of a CEO going into a fortune 500 company and shooting up the place.

Educate Yourself

Deny Ignorance!

These are just a few examples of your "heroic" fortune 500 companies at work. Just because you are a CEO does not mean that you cannot do wrong. Period.

But I always hear about dangerous poor people who get fed up with working hard and break under the pressure of earning a living only to go into work and shoot the rest of the people who are climbing the corporate ladder to make america a better place for you and me.

Yes. Examples exist of people breaking under life's duress's. However, the above examples, that I have hyper linked, have done much more damage, to many more people. CEO's have the ability to ruin things too.

Lets all hope future legislation to bar people below a certain income from owning guns is put into place. Also the background and mental tests and neighbor testimony is an excellent way to set up a safe system. Neighbors tend to know eachother and they know if their american enough or not, people who dont support our country and our government are terrorists.

What do you mean by American enough? Do you mean their Race? Culture? What?

There are several forms of government other than democracy that have gone this route. Most of them were and are oppressive and tyrannical. Nazis did background tests to determine if someone was Jewish or not, they also relied heavily on neighbor testimony.

One can support our country and the maxims its founded on AND not support the government, or governing body. The two are not the same. One is a Patriotic belief in the founding Ideals of this Nation. The other is a body that governs, for good or bad. This does not make One a terrorist. Period.

Please Educate yourself.

You should ask a lawyer if hiring a lawyer is an admission of incompetence or inability to manage one's own affairs. When an attorney appears in court to answer charges laid against himself, he almost invariably appears with counsel other than himself. Why? Ask a lawyer and he will tell you..... Any man who represents himself in court has a FOOL for a client!

Ask an attorney if he will sign an affidavit stating you are his first and only duty in court, he won't. The only fools are those who believe the propaganda quoted above by attorneys!

Corpus Juris Secundum (C.J.S.) legal encyclopedia, volume 7, section 4,

"His first duty is to the courts and the public, not to the client. And where ever the duties of his client conflict with those, he owes as an officer of the court in the administration of Justice, the former must yield to the latter."

"Clients are also called 'wards of the court' in regard to their relationship with their attorney."

www.gemworld.com...

Never take some lying attorneys word for it. It has nothing to do with justice it is a for profit business the more people they can run through the system the more bonds they can write.

Hmmm.
So you don't agree with my statements. You are correct, lawyers are a lying bunch and should not be trusted fully.

Do you think that showing up in court with a lawyer is an admission of incompetence and not being able to handle your affairs properly (to the point that it is okay for the government to put you in the loony bin and force medication on you)?
That is the issue that I was addressing.

i take it you must have a masters or higher in mental health! so do you understand the number of people of higher class and higher society that are seeing a mental health doctor or professional in ratio to say middle class or low class? this is about our rights in america going down the tubes because the higher class so thinks it's ok! gun ownership is and should always be by choice! i don't see this guy to be a ted kysynski but i some time think that he was working as a gov't agent back then and was the beggining of fake reality tv.
may i ask what you are fearing?

normally I just read these but I felt an inner desire to respond to this. My degree is not in psychology, or any kind of mental health background. I would never throw my life away over voodoo and subjective theories. I am a man of science, and as a member of the next generation, we take it upon ourselves to shape the future as the leaders of tomorrow.

From other posts people ask why a credit check?
if a person cant demonstrate the responsibility to manage their finances they are not mature enough to own a gun.

How would a mental health check be done?
The battery i recommended is a scantron sheet its results read by a machine. Same thing military and police take.

Should people be allowed to drive?
Gawd no, i think people should be tested every time they get their license, I mean the law varies from state to state, but in my state there is not even a vision test when people go in to renew their licenses.

Are gun owners paranoid?
Pretty much all gun owners suffer from victimization issues or live their life in fear, creeping out from their blinds like a freak of nature wondering why noone respects them or will love them. Ever see the highlander movie? I watched it today and there is a typical gun owner in it, wandering the streets with a machine gun spraying people. Luckily a highlander stopped him!

What is a real american?
People who work hard and believe in truth. I dont mean bus boys or mechanics or other people who are at the bottom. I mean people who can achieve a certain economic status to the point where their contributions outweight how much of a drag they are on society. This pursuit of liberty in the land of freedom shows that they believe in freedom and are working to preserve the light of liberty that we all live under. Unamericans are the types who want nothing then to tear up the constitution being trouble makers not voting for freedom and liberty, and supporting these democratic socialists who are destroying our way of life. Luckily there are people who speak truth to power like Glenn Beck and Anne Coulter. Freedom cant be silenced and owning a gun should be made a right not a privilege. There are people right now who dont even own a 360 or PS3 or even own a robot!!! these people have given up on life and the last thing we want is a gun in the hands of someone who thinks life is cheap and trite. The revolution I hope starts soon for true freedom I watch the news and see how easily people are manipulated I dont think it will be long now until we can secure a more peaceful future for the people who deserve it in this great country.

wont be your choice for long so have fun tearing down our great country. The middle class are always trying to take from the rich. It sickens me. its like no matter what you give them their still not satisfied. If my door man doesnt have a gun I dont see why some person who has nothing to steel anyway needs one. I mean their better off dead if something did happen since their a drain on our economy and destructive to our way of life.

You should try and make your trolling more subtle, I'm sure you would generate more luls for yourself that way.

Weren't you just arguing against this in your troll diatribes? Owning a gun is a right. A right granted by the 2nd amendment.

Am I the only person to whom it is blatantly obvious that this guy is trolling up a storm, using as much extreme right-wing rhetoric as possible in order to incite a vehement response from people?

I don't think I just proved it, did you read the document I quoted and linked to a copy? If you hire an Attorney (officer of the court) you just agreed to be a "ward of the court" You have no rights and agreed to allow the court do what they please with you as a ward is deemed incompetent to handle thier own affairs.

If you show up in court without an attorney and don't sign anything no they cannot lawfully do anything to you. But most people are ignorant of the law and will not realizing it agree to it some way or another. Also judges and attorney's break the law every day and get away with it because of peoples ignorance.

So I could shoot someone on nationwide live tv, go to court without a lawyer, not sign anything, and they couldn't do anything with me?

I have my doubts about it, that's all.
