I cannot imagine why Obama would be holding out. I for one, would accept him, immediately, if not sooner, when Obama produces the correct documents. I don't see cleverness in making people feel like he trumpt us for when he comes out of the closet as it were. Will Obama be wearing his underwear on the outside of his tights when is ready to slap that proper long form down on the counter? If I was still in the US Army I would be questioning my next move when I should have my entire mindset in focus to the war efforts. I simple cannot see what Obama hoping to gain from troops who should be sharping Kabars rather than bebating if he is the proper leader!

Obama was not born in the U.S. (I think it is obvious, but,hey, I am still entitled to my opinion as of 2/1/2010),
but what difference does it make? Was Bush better?
If Obama is forced out for "technicalities", who is lined up to replace him? Someone who will declare that the U.S. is a REPUBLIC?

Max Headroom would not have to rely on a script/teleprompter, so I am sure he is being seriously considered to be appointed our next president. The programmers are not sure yet what color the new Mr. Headroom will be.

Why dont you ask Fukino yourself? Why dont you go in there and request personal verification from the Hawaiian authorities if you are so sure its fake? Why are you spending time going off on these threads? Walk the talk. If this is a real concern to you, and you have a real concern about your country, get up and go verify it yourself in Hawaii. She's already produced a forged birth certificate in a court of law, and been smacked down by every judge she's gone before. This will be no different.
Obama has produced his proof of eligibility but that too doesn't make any damn difference.

I think there is some confusion about the document that Obama has brought forward to prove his citizenship. It is a "certificate of live birth" which is not the same as a vault copy of a birth certificate. Back around the time when he was born anyone from around the world could go to Hawaii and be issued a certificate even if not born there.

When he was sworn in to be president the oath was flubbed and there is speculation that it was flubbed on purpose because they know he's not eligible. The oath was done over later supposedly in the WH but it was never shown to the public.

It will stop some, in particular, those who are on the higher end of the intelligence spectrum. Others will scream the document has been altered, people were bribed, the certificate is a forgery, the certificate was hand crafted by Satan, etc.

A simple piece of paper which would stop those questions and end the debate and make those of us who need to feel that we have a legitimate leader in place.

Yes, his promise was to pull us out of the wars. However, it’s your bad for falling for the trap and believing it. As far as how much money he has put into these wars, I don’t know as I don’t have the numbers, but I’d say as of yet it doesn’t equal half of what the previous president did.

That’s not love; you cannot hug your children with guns and ammo on a distant shore! If the president is not legit then it adds more salt on the wounds that an illegal president sent these children to war which he promised to end……

Legal or illegal, we were at war before he was placed into office. So it doesn’t matter if you sent them, I sent them, Obama sent them, or Charley Manson sent them, they were going anyway.

I have no agenda, just a simple request to know that the president is legit. Simple as that!

And if he is legit then what? We still have the same problems as before: dead economy, two wars, proxy wars, billions of aid to Israel, a rise in unemployment, more jobs being outsourced, resources becoming scarce, high drop out rates, increasing teen pregnancy and more illiteracy (just take a look at this web site for more proof of this one.) And if he is not legit? The above and much more as our social and political climates cannot handle such a thing. This country would implode if it were to come to light that he is not an American citizen.

I do not believe it is a select few who question this, but hold on to that thought if it makes you feel good. What would make me feel good is a president whom we can all honour as legitimate who care enough for his people to prove he has a right to lead!

The problems Americans face were present before he ever stepped into office. You can talk about legitimacy and right to lead til you turn blue in the face, but legitimacy and right to lead does not mean one will lead legitimately or that he is the right person for the job.

Because I couldn’t care less about Obama, where he was born, where he wasn’t born, etc. Obama, like all other presidents before him, is a puppet, a pawn of the highest order and the only way he will cease to be president is if his masters say his run is up.

I know I would be sad to loose a child in a war but I would feel even more cheated if the Commander in Chief was a fraud. I don’t understand why you cannot see that.

Or if not so attended, by one of the parents. So a woman could push out a puppy, say she did it with a personal midwife, and attain a birth certificate.

Then if his mother didn't do this, why did the Kenyans build a monument to him in his village, were they claim he was born?

Why then did he seal all the records that could end this argument and make everyone that thinks he is illegitimate shut up?

There are more pressing matters with Obama and his Hope-nosis that need addressing, like oh the whole multiple SSn's and of course that whole story out of Chicago with the gay lover maybe.

Finally, after six pages someone got to the crux...Simple fact is Barry can never let this get into court. First thing that will happen is discovery. All the FACTS would be presented all documents from HI, schools, passports etc would be laid out and the case would be over and never go to trial. Then what? There's nothing in the constitution for the courts to unseat a pres. So, back to the congress that let it happen.

Fact of the matter is the BC issue is a red harring. They don't want to address what is a Natural Born Citizen. It's not specifically defined in the constitution only implied by deduction of the definitions of Citizen, Native born Citizen, Naturalized Citizen etc. You have to go back and read the intentions of the founding fathers, letters written and Vital's definition.

There is WAAAAY more that a reasonable doubt, period! Way too much circumstancial evidence going on here.

How about showing the original "certification of live birth" that was posted to the internet to all the news outlets. Just let them analize that document.
I have read just about everything available on the internet and ALL the believers have is the "certification of live birth" on the internet thing.

I am willing to put the country thru the fallout because it would make us stronger and tell the PTB that WE THE PEOPLE control our country and the foundations of our country will not be trampled on. That simple piece of paper is all we have and cannot let any part of it be in jeopardy.

I am glad I am retired from the military and not active duty. I would have some real issues with having him as my Usurper in Chief.

Lets see what happens in 2012...Somebody stated earlier that maybe he's holding out and gonna slam down the proof when its politically best. How about the other way around? Maybe the Repubs knew they were going to loose and not in good favor so they decided to let him have 4 yrs and then they bring the smoke'n gun?
