The DP UFO Briefing document.

If anyone who is interested in (or has an opinion about) the UFO subject has not taken the time out to read the DP document then it realy is worth a look (maybe on a rainy day).

It contains a huge amount of very interesting information and government documentation concerning the UFO subject - it also lists transcripted interviews with FAA officials, Military officers, professional pilots, USAF Radar operatives etc.. and catalogues sworn testimony from individuals involved in such cases as the Tehran incident, the JAL Flight 1628 Alaska case, the Washington fly-overs, the Varginha incident, the Bethune incident and others.

I think whatever anyones personal feelings towards Stephen Greer it has to be said he did do a great job of helping to collate all this witness testimony and government documentation so maybe the DP document should be judged on its contents rather than one of its authors.

Any comments or opinions about 'the information contained within the link' would be appreciated - some of the UFO incidents being described are very strange indeed and although the document is quite a long read, its well worth the effort.

Now that Disclosure had happened, even existance of aliens admitted by no less than the Vatican this year, WHAT NEXT?

Aliens are here, and like any species from a civilised society, more so from one that is tech advance to master intersteller travel, they would prefer to deal with the leaders.

Fortunately, dictators are rare on Earth. Most nations had chosen the path of democracy - representation of the collective - to determine and decide upon paths to take that is best for their society.

However, Earth's nations are not united in anyway, each a soveriegn state with its own perception of National Security, to protect its own citizens from fears and chaos, and to seek insted of benefits from aliens so long as it does not compromise the nation in anyway.

Thus, the govts' silence on CONTACT.

Ask yourself - what would you do, or could do, or want if you know contact had been established. BUT remember, your wants must be tampared for the good of all, as we lived together as one society, where no one is greater than the whole, with responsibilites to each other - white or black, young or old.

Information and techology had already been filtered down to us all, in the guise of being created by men. Such knowledge had helped us progress and evolved within decades compared to our ancient horse riding ancestors.

Agriculture yields had improved tremendously. What more do we need from aliens? ( they may not hold answers to everything nor obligated to share everything ).........

I think that many of us have seen these events through different glasses. If disclosure has happened why are we still discussing it on a conspiracy board and not seeing the progress daily on the news? I guess because it has only happened in the minds of those that believe, as most logically thinking folks need more than what is already out there to declare what you have. Like any species from a civilized society? I guess you personally know many of them, enough to make this statment, or are you projecting your beliefs onto these yet to er verified alien visitors? I imagine an advanced civilization encountering our current times would know that it is pointless to engage those that are in power, as they represent the lowest common denominator of our current society. Or are they too advanced to see that?

How I wish this were true. Many of these "representative" democracies you refer to don't really exist. This statement illustrates your ignorance of how modern things we use everyday have been developed through traceable, step by step accomplishments. But it is far easier to ignore real world progress when you can't understand it and imagine something that your mind can. The transistor alien? Really? There is not a single modern invention or technology that is beyond the understanding of humans, and that does not have a traceable path (at least by some) to it's invention. Are you for real? Do you understand anything about modern agriculture, I would assume you do to make such a statment. I grow a nice garden, one that easily outpaces what we grew on the old family farm, and it has nothing to do with aliens, but has everything to do with chemistry along with YEARS AND YEARS of study on the growth of plants. Aliens my butt. For you to assert that just displays you complete lack of understanding about the world your live in, but like I said, far easier to believe in your own "invisible man" than to actually educated yourself to understand the BASICS of the world around you.

Ladies and gentleman reading this, behold the basic reason why this subject is where it is at today. Don't kill the messenger, you should instead focus on the rank and file, the sheep if you will. I found many of the assertions in the document have nothing substantial to back them up, such as the case with most of the "evidence" in this subject. Eyewitness testimony, some was compelling, but it was surround by the ABSURD and INCOMPETENT. What chance does reality have when sitting next to the ignorant while preaching to the utterly gullible, huh?!?!?!?

I mean, come on....this document claims that they know someone or some organization has all the answers out there...to energy, world poverty, etc. Seriously, read it. I know your smarter than this document, as I read your posts all the time. I bet if you read this document with your reality eyes open you would see what I see.

The disclosure project was a GREAT concept. I was hyped about it back in the day, despite Greer's involvement. But I quickly understood with him involved it would become nothing more than a train wreck and internet fodder for the ignorant for years and years to come....because nothing would come of it and the organization behind it would ruin it.

And guess what, I was right, lol. Nothing more than internet fodder that led to NOTHING. And why do, pray tell, think that is? Down deep, you know why, but you don't want to face reality because it is counter productive to your involvement in this subject.

Unlike most believers, I would gladly eat my hat and get my words shoved in my face if any of this was true, and I would be the first one to stand up and admit to being a close minded idiot for not believing in the majority of this tripe, and that is because I want to believe as bad as you guys do. Only I live, work, breath in something we call "reality", and because of that solid grounding in logic, reason and common sense I have a hard time relating to many claims made by the ignorant (like Greer).

Mark McCandlish's testimony from the Disclosure Project might be the most important part of all of it.

His detailed drawing and description of the ARV (alien reproduction vehicle) "flux liner" offers all of us an excellent opportunity to try to reverse engineer it.

Specifically, McCandlish mentions a very large electromagnetic coil around the circumference of the craft, about 15-20 stacked rows of coils. The height of this coil was about 8-9 inches and the depth was about 18 inches. Doing the math that means about 800 turns in this coil.

McCandlish also mentions a flywheel, I emailed him in the past and he said that the flywheel had the appearance of brushed aluminum, about 2 - 2.5 inches thick.


In 2004 the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics gave a best paper award to a team who presented a paper on Extended Heim Theory, a modification of Heim theory, a little known alternative to the standard model of quantum physics.

This team proposed an experiment that supposedly would create an artificial gravitational force that could be used for propulsion.

It required a very powerful electromagnetic solenoid coil and a rotating disc/ring/flywheel above that coil.


What are the odds that this AIAA award winning paper on Extended Heim Theory would require the same parts that the ARV "flux liner" had as described by Mark McCandlish?

That is an awesome document and will take a huge amount of time to digest.

The "deal stopper" however is contained early in the document. We hear all this fear that disclosure will rip society apart and that people cannot deal with the fact of ET being here with us. Roadapples! The real reason the disclosure will NEVER happen is what Dr Greer says about the propulsion systems and the reality of Zero Point Energy and being able to eliminate the use of fossil fuels.

Free energy would level the playing field and enrich everyone on the planet..TBTB will never let that happen without a monumental fight. The elite have the power and control and the only way they can keep it is to keep the bulk of the population struggling to survive. Its about power and free energy rips it away from them. That is the reason for the fight against disclosure.

Many people are working on ZPE, I just hope a few of them can make a breakthrough and manage to stay alive long enough to get it out to the rest of the world.

Change can only come at a pace whereby everyone is comfortable with, so that none would be left behind.

I think there is one main reason above all others that motivates our government to keep faster than light technology secret: it would transform this world into one big city. When the NWO manages to institute world government then maybe they will willingly let this technology go public (not that I agree with the unelected unaccountable NWO agenda).

Think about our current world and what this technology would mean in terms of wars, nuclear warhead delivery, piracy, terrorism, etc. I don't think suppression of free energy to benefit existing corporations is the main reason and I'm still not convinced free energy is even possible.

Greed would persuade some, fear would persuade many.

interesting topic to say the least. I dont know. Im not a fan of greer, but he is doing more than anyone in here is so we really cant say too much about the guy. He's out there campaigning, and all that crap, but again, whether or not we choose to believe him is irrelevant. He is doing something no one else is in that he is collecting his witnesses, with their testimony, and they are sticking to it, right there behind him. Sure. he may be a glory hound, or have ulterior motives, and all that, I dont doubt it, but no one criticises starbucks for giving to the aids in africa thing for their own "We Care" slogan, and all the great tax breaks. Bottom line is this. Yes, I agree, the guy is a cook, but he has legit files from the US govt, legally obtained and a great number of people mostly in middleclass to upper walks of life. He's on the right track. just a shame it has to be him.

Second, If you want disclosure so badly, why not go after the document that started all the "society will fall apart" crap? the brookings institute put out in the 50's back when Gov't was always right and trusted by jeebus. There were two panic events that caused the Brookings institute to write these things. the Battle of LA and a radio show called War of teh Worlds.
I cannot remember the name of the document, and have a copy of it somewhere. When I remember what it was called I will post it.

Despite the fact that is a great material, this is part of 2001 press conference and has been discussed countless of times in this board. You should have checked the forum before posting this (just a friendly advise).
