Why are YOU asking David for facts? David and I have been BEGGING for people to elaborate on exactly why Sarah Palin would be great for this country other than:
She's smart and sexy (without elaborating on "smart")
She wants to "drill, baby, drill"
She's against ALL abortion She supposedly makes liberal "toss and turn all night"
She was governor of a state (executive experience), except she QUIT on her supporters to further her career

And I think most people on ATS know i'm not a progressive! All one has to do is look at all of my former threads and posts to figure that out.

STILL NO ELABORATION on what makes her a good choice to be the leader of this country, or lead anything for that matter. Just more about how she's NOT OBAMA.

We DO know however that she's more interested in her own personal political career than she is in upholding an oath to serve the very people who put in back into the Governors office...again. She's a quitter and a betrayer.

She doesn't care about the people. She only cares about her career. That makes her no better than Obama.

Palin was chosen by McCain because he was supposed to lose.

Stack the deck and then drive the sheep to the right gate with the right disinfo or bring in someone who will do it for you.

Only during his last speech were he accepts defeat does he speak with true eloquence.

He knew Obama was a fraud but, he is part of the new order so he played his part and they used Palin to do just what they knew she would, be herself and make McCain look bad.

The insiders control the election, so how else would Obama get in.? Give the people what they think they want, with what you want them to have and then do it your way and blame them for their vote.

I always had a similar opinion.. the GOP 'ticket' was a designed failure. McCain was way too old & out of touch. He came across as a dull confused old Bush fan that would obviously be rejected by the energized flock of younger voters... and anyone who logically saw worst ever Bush as a tyrant criminal.

Palin was an unknown ill prepared rambling partisan crazy hick.. she was the"dog whistle" that made obedient GOP party loyalists obey and circle their owner... while most others were still trying to figure WTF this nutty stranger was talking about.

Considering anyone who's served in the White House for decades, or anyone who's served in Congress for decades, it quickly becomes apparent that intelligence is not required.

Our best leaders have been average people.

They bring moderate moral values, moderate common sense, and the best were also canny.

Palin is moderate in all things, but best of all, she truly is canny.

She's not a quitter. Since the McCain fiasco, she's been given a different mission. She is in high demand, she is very well liked across many parts of the nation, and she is rising to the demand.

She couldn't work on a national effort and do the people of Alaska right, so she did the right thing.

The worst Presidents we've ever had were very, very intelligent. But intelligence with no damn sense is why they failed so miserably.

When we look at what we've had and especially what we have, Palin couldn't help but shine.
