When people scream "Just Show it!" They are in essence telling every man woman and child that the individual has the right to demand personal papers and effects from another without due process under the law.

Where in the United States Constitution does it state that the Long Form Birth Certificate is the only form of identification that is adequate enough to prove ones Natural Born Citizenship?

People keep forgetting this has nothing to do with his claim about the Obama Birth Certificate.

As a reservist he has the right to ask for a revocation up until the day before he leaves.

Not to mention, HE VOLUNTEERED 2 months ago!

Indeed, he is a nutter, however he can easily be that way.

I know plenty of people who have used more outlandish reasons, such as being harassed by aliens at night, and also had their orders revoked.

This doesn't set precedent in the least...

No, you are wrong.

He applied for the job of POTUS. Part of the requirement to be POTUS is to be a Natural Born Citizen. The only way to prove Natural Born Citizenship is to show the long form birth certificate. We have a mechanism for proving it now and that mechanism should be used to verify his citizenship.

It is the same as if you go apply to be a soldier or work for the FBI or whatever it is, you have to show your long form birth certificate.

Seeing how WE are Obama's employers, we therefore have the right to question his eligibility and demand that he meets the requirements to hold to position.

Your question has been answered many many times I'm sure of, but you either don't want to accept the answer, because you are in denial, or because you are ignorant. I sure hope it is the former and not the latter.

Yep that's due process alright. The reason they haven't been allowed to be heard was due mainly to lack of standing. Although I bet if you researched the cases individually you would get a couple of opinions by the judges in the matter.

Actually I think it is the other way around, people such as your self won't accept the fact that he can't prove he is a Natural Born Citizen and if it is proven that he is not Natural Born then you will refuse to accept it.

Show me your papers, please. LOL. That's twisted. This isn't a case of someone walking down the street had having to show identification. This is a case of people wanting to know, is this man a natural born citizen and authorized to be POTUS.

I believe Obama is an American citizen and elligible to be POTUS.

But I do wonder, what is the problem with showing it with a copy, or, perferably, the original birth certificate? Why have courts just tossed the issue aside, without even looking at proof? The SCOTUS did not review the information, it just ignored it all and said, nope, we aren't looking at it.

For me, this is all as silly as the claims that the SCOTUS appointed GWB as president. I suppose now that we all can claim Al Franken wasn't elected, he was appointed senator by the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Just show the damn thing and let everyone get on with their lives.

Thats exactly what I am referring to, right there. A demand by someone with no legal authority to demand it. To do so steps on Obama's constitutionally protected 4th amendment rights.

And the reason the SCOTUS doesn't even take these cases into consideration?

Lack of Legal Standing.

Congress is the only people at this point that can question Obama's eligibility and not the people. Sorry, it's true.

The Obama (Barry Soetoro) administration ordered MAJ Cook's deployment be recinded in order to remove the basis for MAJ Cook's lawsuit. Cheap shot - 'cause MAJ Cook was needed in theater otherwise deployment orders wouldn't have been published in the first place.

The government could have attempted to initiate an administrative separation action or a General Courts Marshall against him, however MAJ Cook committed no crime nor did he commit any regulatory violation. Thus there is no basis for the government to do either. Furthermore had the government charged MAJ Cook with anything, then the case would have drawn attention to MAJ Cook's rightful arguments that Soetoro is illegally in the position of President and Commander in Chief.

Instead, Soetoro (and/or his handlers) ordered Mr. Cook fired from his CIVILIAN job where he worked as a government contractor as an Information Technology engineer. This is quite legal and is done by eliminating the position or whereby the government simply asked that an individual be removed from the contract. But if Soetoro or his handlers ordered the contractor to fire Mr. Cook, then Mr. Cook has grounds for wrongful termination.

The reality is that the government ordered him terminated strictly for punitive reasons and to set an example that any others contemplating a challenge to Soetoro's [lack of] birth certificate. This is a signal to anyone who question's Soetoro's refusal to show a real birth certificate, that severe, life-ruining, punishment awaits them.

If and when we become the Union of Soviet Socialist America (USSA)*, then the likes of MAJ Cook will be off to the gulags, and Soetoro will enjoy the fruits of vengeance.

Things to come:

If the hate crimes bill before the Senate passes, then MAJ Cook, and anyone else being so "disrespectful" as to question Soetoro's birth place (Kenya) or Soetoro's citizenship (Indonesia), then they'll experience a long prison term for the commission of "hate crimes." Look for hate crimes laws to trump the 1st Amendment and send many members of this website (especially me) straight to prison.

There is legislation coming that will change the oath for commissioned officers to swear allegiance to Obama and not to defend the constitution.
