the title of the post is catchy. It warns of graphic photos, and the any non politically correct blood and gore is hazed out. Only thing is there was no blood or gore to haze out, just genitalia. LOTS OF LAUGHS. Pornography using a badly focused camera and poor lighting source.

Here is my suggestion jaamaan is for you to print all these photos in color, and paste them into a scrapbook and put it on your coffee table to peruse instead of watching television or playing games on the net.

They show more graphic uncensored scenes in most
horror movies since the Exorcist was first shown in 1973.
Torture in your definition is where a US soldier threatens to "sexually abuse certain family members if you do not tell the truth..."
The possibility that the US soldier will be able to find your family members, isolate them and abuse them is real?????
The possibility is nil, nada, zilch.
My definition of torture is cut off fingers, torn out fingernails, gouged eyes, beatings with rubber hoses, broken arms, legs.....
The pictures and story you told is not torture, it is just wringing out the crying rag and seeking sympathy for armed enemy combatants.
in fact, the service members who did the naked posing and so forth were caught and disciplined.
I say during times of war, extract information from the enemy in any manner needed.

The rest of the world calls it torture.
And by the way, life is not like the movies.

Maybe the rest of "your world" which might include 100 family members and up to 1000 face book friends call this begin treatment torture,
but to say "the rest or the world" which is about 8 billion people, is pontificating and just not true.

Those who were tortured are at war, armed combat against US Army. They are human men.
Homo Sapiens like me and you.
I am all for cooperation and unity and all the brotherhood of man mumbo jumbo.
Until the other team starts shedding innocent blood, then torture is okay.
The men tortured hold an entirely different world view and ideology than me or you.
WikiLeaks: children among the innocent captured and sent to Guantanamo
An illiterate farmhand and wood-gatherer who did not even know his own age was among the 150 innocent people incarcerated in Guantánamo Bay, secret documents disclose.

Guantánamo Bay files: Children and senile old men among detainees
The Guantánamo files reveal the often fragile physical and mental condition of Guantánamo's oldest and youngest residents, who have included an 89-year-old man and boys as young as 14.
In 2002 Guantánamo prisoners were described as "the worst of a very bad lot" by Dick Cheney, US vice-president. "They are very dangerous. They are devoted to killing millions of Americans, innocent Americans, if they can, and they are perfectly prepared to die in the effort."
But the internal files on some prisoners paint a very different picture.
