So where's the torture pictures I check them all and didn't see anything bad. maybe we need to convert some of them to do out torturing for us. They seem to be pretty good at it. We apparently suck. way too nice.

we are controlled by those that have the wealth and power to decide. we are allowed to protest, so long as that wealth and power is not threatened.

Wealth is needed to sustain Our present way of life. If we make the Rich poor you will be even poorer. And Our leaders more evil.

Torture is fine as a means of extracting intelligence.

Torture is an incredibly unreliable way of getting information. It's also incredibly stupid.

These are the guys that planned and executed 9/11 and
several of the other 22,586 terrorist attacks over the past
thirty years, RIGHT????????

If they couldn't get simple torture right, what makes you think that they're competent enough to carry out 9/11 and then keep it secret for the past 13 years?

Perhaps you should volunteer to be waterboarded yourself, or rectally hydrated. You can tell us how much the CIA sucks at it afterwards.

. This new report shows torture doesn't work

We've actually known this at least since the Inquisition.

I have no qualms about extracting every iota of information from terrorists, by whatever neans. If we had to turn their brains into oatmeal to get the info, I wouldn't have an issue. I honestly could care less what happens to them. They are not subject to the Geneva Convention in the same way a Uniformed Soldier is.

To give legal or moral equivalence of a uniformed Soldier of a Nation to a non uniformed terrorist combatant is a very wrong thing to do in my opinion. They aren't the same, never have been.

War isn't pretty, nor clean and tidy. Things need to get accomplished, regardless of the amount of effort needed.

If these creeps had murdered your son or daughter in cold blood, would you still weep for these sacks of scum? Torture not only can extract information, it serves as a deterrent to those that are thinking about committing cold blooded murder in the future. Let those pictures serve as a warning to others that think they have nothing to fear or loose when they murder the innocent in the name of whatever b.s. they believe and feel justifies their acts and actions.

More pictures to be release, eh? GOOD!

[edit on 24-4-2009 by Divinorumus]

First show me any evidence that you have of your claim. What useful information has been garnered from torturing captives? Anything? Torture your grandmother and you'll get her to admit she killed Abraham Lincoln, plotted to kill Kennedy and possibly had plans to assasinate George Washington. Yeah, good information.

And it doesn't serve as a deterrent. If anything it serves as an impetus for the "creeps" as you put it, to make sure they die for their cause and become martyrs that encourage others to do the same.

We were the good guys. Now we're the worst guys. Sorry, I don't buy that torture is anything other than a bunch of sadists getting their rocks off, all in the name of "Liberty."

Cheney and the Central Idiot Agency think it's great. Maybe they should read a history book to see other torturers of history and see how they did it. They are on the wrong side of history and history will judge them harshly. Now known as water torturers of the USA 21st century.

But you don't get usable information from using torture on someone. You get whatever they can think of that might make you stop torturing them, including an admission that they cheated on their school exams and that they were the person who stole your last slice of ham from the fridge. That's why torture is useless. It can make people claim things that are 100% false. This knowledge has been around forever, but people still think that they can somehow perfect torture and make it a reliable form of extracting information. They can't. Life isn't an episode of 24, no matter what those drivelling piffleheads on Faux News think. Torture doesn't work. It also reduces you to the same level as the scum you're fighting. The Nazis used torture. Think about that for a moment. The Bush Administration certainly didn't.

Show me the court papers that proof they are charged and convicted.
Then show me where in your countries law books it says they can be tortured for their "supposed" crimes.

By stating that torture is a fine mean to extract intelligence it clearly shows you did not read the recently posted article.

How do you think you aren't speaking GERMAN?
Because WE ARE this way YOU NEED us this way to go and DIE for these socipathic FIENDS so YOUR nonfighting butt doesn't loose us any war. NOW because we are this way EVERYONE GOES EMO/METRO and asumes we want it or worse..THROWS SOME LABEL OVER us to minimize our input.

Violence DOES solve some thing AS does WET interrogation or the threat of it.
WATERBOARDING? We train with that,no big deal.
Ever see the film "UNTHINKABLE"? It would have been MUCH SHORTER in reality. I can PROMISE you what is done is secret has soiled us ALL JUST like the Nazis,it's why the Jihadists love us so much PRIMARILY. I just won't take the payback or the shame.

I am not fully sure what you are trying to say here but I guess it is your justification for U.S. torture.
So what does violence solve ?

Did we cut out eyeballs, whip them till their skin fell off, burn them, cut off fingers, tear out fingernails, use electric shock???????????? these are pornography pictures and nothing more. I am glad that people tortured prisoners of war. These prisoners are the same group that have sponsored and committed over 25,000 violent terrorist acts over the past thirty years.

they are not citizens of the USA so they do not need a lawyer, court, trial conviction or sentence. This is wartime and those rules are not applicable to prisoners. The torture extracted pertinent information that prevented further death.

A great deal.
It doesn't matter how YOU feel about torture it's GOING to be done anyway.
THEY won't stop at all until a world changing paradigm hits.
Western values are a HUGE joke to EASTERN forces they love to emotionally USE them against those who are succeptible to such.
In the mean time children are sawing off heads now too. THEN whine about the 'HIGHWAY OF DEATH" type headlines when we act.
All the MORALITY we express has been ABBROGATTED by what has been done in secrecy to the world, we are as NAZIS.
IN FAVOR?
it's not a choice ,OF COURSE I would never want this for anyone.
IT IS STILL DONE.

the title of the post is catchy. It warns of graphic photos, and the any non politically correct blood and gore is hazed out. Only thing is there was no blood or gore to haze out, just genitalia. LOTS OF LAUGHS. Pornography using a badly focused camera and poor lighting source.

Here is my suggestion jaamaan is for you to print all these photos in color, and paste them into a scrapbook and put it on your coffee table to peruse instead of watching television or playing games on the net.

Please show me the charges and convictions, like I asked before.
Lots of these people where tortured for nothing and where innocent.
Most of the rest of the cases wouldnt survive in court.
And at last, torture doesnt give good information.
Is it used to scare the world, or basically terrorize the world.

there is no court during war.

Constitution and courts are rights afforded US American citizens.

None of these men tortured were citizens.

They were not even participants of the Geneva Convention.

You rise and sleep under the blanket of protection........
