Bitter for life...

So what do you propose we do to get the attention of the government so they will realize that we mean business?

I have a suggestion; If Obama would stop preening constantly in front of the TV cameras, he could get a lot more done. Just IMHO

I agree but we both know that Obama hasn't met a camera he doesn't like.

Give him a few more months when the scandals and pressure pick up and he won't be able to find a camera he likes.

I don't know which Obama is more in love with his wife or the TV camera. It won't be long and he'll be hiding from both the wife and the camera

Awesome, i figured Texas would have lead the way like asmeone2 said i was kinda shocked when i looked and there statues was "pending" but im happy they have stood up and done there DUTY.
Now Come on Nevada Battle born baby. Don't lie down and take it like the rest of the mush states.

I had no doubt that New Hampshire would lead such Legislation as well, and they truly rode out in front on this issue. The State with the Motto of "Live Free or Die", and the Home of Many Revolutionary Patriots, has stood up high upon its long, hard earned reputation.

On the same note, the "Great State" of Texas has finally followed suit as well, so Good for you

I have NO doubt that much of this has been brought about through the recent Socialist Maneuvering being brought forth by the current Executive Administration.

I appreciate the history lesson and thank you for making that known, however, the issue was never pushed backed then and now suddenly it arises again, it may not be bigotry, butthe timing is no coincidence either.

What about the strange idea, maybe in fact foreign in nature, that the President stays in the White House for more than 24 Hours at a time? Call me crazy, but I thought that the Nationwide Campaigning ceased roughly Three Months Ago?

Yeah baby, I have come to love this state even though I wasn't raised here.

I am really proud to be a Texan right now!

Well gee, pushing the race card won him the election, maybe it will help him to walk on water.
I'm not racist. I just don't like the man or anything he stands for. I don't care if he is purple with pink polka dots.

Sorry but I think your wrong. The pot was boiling hard as Bush finished us off and now it contiues. Nothing to do with Obama, as I think Ron Paul would have been the only one that would have taken the right steps.

This has all come up because we have had enough. Do you have your 106k check ready for the Govt. or will you just put it on your kids?

I'll fight for it first. My grandkids do not deserve this. Our parents, and grandparents got us into this mess. So we must get it right again before it's too late.
Texas did not start this round by the way, Oklahoma did and 22 other states before Texas got going.

Personally, I think the election was rigged in O's favor by the ACORN group. If any one comes close to being a racist, I would imagine that shoe would fit the big 'O'

No, he didn't play the race card. It was both the right and left wing media that did.

I don't totally agree with everything he says. I spent 3 nights reading the stim pack and even though I didn't finish reading the whole thing, there were several items on there that I thought were completely off the wall.

However, I could not bring myself to vote for an idiot like Palin.

I bet if we dig deep enough, we'll find she probably has roots in texas.

these resolutions are not written over night. I'm sure the author of the texas Bill has been working on this for awhile now. along with the other states that have these resolutions.

The bottom line is a lot of people don't like Obama, They have seen through the smoke screen and have seen his true colors. this guy is a bigger puppet than Bush Jr. was.

I didn't vote for OBama, I can't stand the guy. And if he goes through with his campaign promises he will be the last elected president in the U.S. He's setting the stage for him to become the King of the U.S. Empire.

everyone says oh give the guy a chance. Ok he had his chance and blew it before reaching 100 days in office. Same sack of Sh#t in a different bag

Apparently we watched different elections. Even the Clintons knew that he was playing the race card and told him so to his face.
Funny about all those mils ; or is it bils?? going to ACORN.

I have to wonder about anyone that sits on a pew in a racist church, and only leaves it because it might cost him the election. Now, who is bigoted?

At some level this is all planned and engineered.

Thats actually a good point.........how are we supposed to know when we are and arent being led into something anymore........do what feels right I suppose, then there will hopefully be no regrets for anyone^^

it's a no-win situation ..
doing what "feels right" is what the master plan is designed to cajole you into doing.
every step that requires overall sentient.. requires what "feels right".. thus circumstances must be modulated to convey the appearance that "doing the right thing" will somehow solve the temporary problems...

whereas these are all designed steps towards the final goal.

Yeah, Sure.

Now Texas decides to show some Testicular Fortitude.

Where were they during last 8 years when the Fredral Gov. violated our right to privacy by wire tapping our phone lines or when the previous administration tried convert our nation into a Stalin State by having neighbors spy on neighbors.

Now that we have an African-AMERICAN President, these bigotted rednecks can't face the fact of having a black man setting new rules.

"Stalin State"? LOL, go live in Mat Rossiya and see how much of a "Stalin State" America has become. It is individuals like you who have absolutely NO idea just what it is they are talking about.

As for the topic of "Race", you are the first individual to bring forth such an issue, and thus I do declare that you must in fact be Racially Insecure. It is quite normal in nature for those lacking logic to thrust forward with simpleton labels of prejudice and such. You cannot debate, much less understand Differences and Concernc amongst varying Political Philosophies. I will hardly attempt an explanation behind the Actions of Texas, as you have such a seemingly immense amount of Ignorance built up within your apparent lack of a "Thought Process".

No, I don't think so. The blind will follow and the poor bastards that continue to diminish their capacity of intellectual thinking by watching garbage like reality TV.

For those of you who continue to fight the good fight, God Speed.

I'll give the man an opportunity to do his thing, but when I begin to see a "cult" following on the rise then I'll know what I need to do and that's because I haven't drank Kool Aid.

Good Night.

I find it funny that even in the fantasy show "Jericho" Texas is represented as being able to hold its own and even has the other two sides wanting it to join them, but it won't. I've never seen the show but this might make me have to Netflix it, lol.

I hope Texas takes a leading role in this, with its population and resources it carries a lot of weight.

Indeed. This resolution was written irregardless of who is President. This is direct towards the over-bloated Fascist beast that has become the Federal Government. Obama, Bush, Clinton, all insignificant. They are puppets to a higher power. Follow the money.... ALL of the money goes to the Central Banks. The middle man making that happen is our Federal Government.
