All these state's bills/resolutions/memorial basically say they are not going to follow federal rules any more.

Here's a consolidated list of all the links over the last 8 pages:

NH House Concurrent Resolution 6 (affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles)

Oklahoma State Sovereignty bill HJR 1029

Arizona State Sovereignty bill HCR 2024

Washington 10th amendment HJM 4009

Montana House Bill No. 246

Michigan House Resolution No. 6

Not sure what your local representative would think about it though.

If someone could make a video highlighting all this and post it on Youtube, you'd get excellent exposure and more people contacting their reps.
Just an idea.

This is fantastic. Good on you New Hampshire.

Personally I like the heat, Arizona is becoming more appealing. Will be a go if this is passed there!

Although I do hope my own state will pass it's own form of the bill

Imagine if ALL the states could unite against the federal govt. ?

We could call such a rebellion "The United States of America"

Hell we could even write a constitution, something that would protect our rights and liberties.

And hope that someday, such a union, would not spawn some big self serving monster freakshow in the capitol.

Oh wait....

Well there is nothing wrong with our constitution as it is written with all of its amendments. the problem is the congress and all their abuses of power. for instance the federal hate crime legislation. Or all those anti-discrimination laws. The truth is it could be very simply fixed by one simple line. There shall be no discrimination for any reason what so ever, equal pay for equal work. All the gun laws on top of gun laws. Have you ever noticed its always for the children?

THIS should be called the Patriot Act, not that Orwellian piece of totalitarianism passed after 9/11. Enact this bill and repeal the the patriot act.

I like where your head is at. I absolutley agree with what you just said. We all need to email the Senators of New Hampshire, Including our own. I have I live in CA. CA is in big trouble and will never do something like this.

And some thought a violent revolution was the only option...

Looks like my state's on board.
Let's shrink that proverbial rug.

I'd be truly amazed to find out the ppl in the state gov found out
how angry the militias are and did this to try to restore some calm.

I hope calm is the result and not martial law.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

I live in Tamworth, England and have always been a fan of New Hampshire with their motto of Live Free or Die! It would be great to have the same spirit here.

I believe there is a Tamworth in NH too!

I am from New Hampshire, and there is a Tamworth, NH.

It is a great state, but we do have our problems, especially with the property tax situation, ( you can now be taxed for having a view ), and the share of a towns tax money going to schools.

Also, as far as the motto - Live Free Or Die - , try putting a piece of tape over that on your license plate and you will find yourself being arrested for defacing state property.

It will be interesting to see if this bill makes it to the full legislature, lets hope it does.

Watch as newhampshire is labled as the biggest terrorist group of all.

Back on topic, NH is a very constitutional state. LOTS of free staters, this will pass most likely.

I got another reply this morning. Here is a copy of that e-mail. At least this time it seems that someone may be willing to look at it.

"Dear Mr. Galasso,

Thanks for your e-mail concerning HRC 6. I have passed your correspondence along to Senator Tallian. At this time, I have not seen or heard of any legislation offered in the Indiana General Assembly regarding Jeffersonian principles."

I only read the first couple of pages, but...

I don't know if anyone else thought of this possibility.

What if all of this is being passed to get attention, get us all revved up and excited, then to just pull it all away again?

What if those in power are TRYING to start another civil war?

Just a possibility that this is yet another manipulation. You know that those in power get rich when weapons and death are concerned. The Military Industrial Complex, and all.

The Federal Govt. does not want divided power. The whole concept behind the NWO is one nation under them. If the states take back their power, it leaves the Fed. powerless to keep passing laws that break down our Rights. If most states follow thru with this, the next step would be to cut out the Fed. Reserve Bank which is where the real power lies.
Once you cut out the central bankers, you would see more peace in the world not more war.
Most people in the world would rather just get along. The trouble starts when a few people gain all the power given to them as created by the money system that only they control.

I agree with you completely about the Fed not wanting divided power. Hell, power over every state was the best thing they ever did, for corruption and greed and everything else wrong with this country.

Still though just because they know we want state powers back, does not mean they intend to just hand it over.

I see no reason for the Federal Government, if war were declared against them, to not simply use UN and/or other foreign forces against us and in the end taking back even more power than they had before - to make sure it doesn't happen again.

The problem for them, is they KNOW many Americans are pissed. Many might already be on the breaking point. My point is that all this pent up tension toward gov't, illegal immigrants, "race wars"... it's just being pent up, and maybe it NEEDS to explode before they can have the control they really want.
