Its interesting you mention a possible connection between the spiritual and the 'alien'...any more thoughts/opinions about that you'd like to share?

Me - I'm one of those people who feel that what we tend to term 'Aliens' are perhaps more interdimensional rather than intergallactic...

When you have a whole other life that you are not aware of living...in your case contacting people on the internet...then it tends to look a bit more like multiples and less like sleepwalking. There are ways to get the complete history off your computer even if you have deleted History. Ring a techie and find out then tell us where you went and what you did during those 2 hours. Another thing, did the phone ring prior to you going on the computer? Was there any external trigger at all?

The thing is, many abductees are taken out of body. You cannot see that on camera. The abductee can be fully lucid and think it is during waking time but in fact it can be in the astral.
Although it can get very blurred which is which. One night I saw some aliens enter my bedroom by walking through the brick wall. They then started pulling the sheets off me and dragging me out of bed feet first. Looking back I would want to think that was an astral experience...except for one thing...in the morning, their footprints were on the floor at the foot of my bed. I had sprinkled talcom powder all over the floor the night before and it was very clear. It was very scary seeing footprints coming from a brick wall into your bedroom, then see they walked out again. I was always carried on their shoulders like a piece of wood. Darn it, wish I had a camera of that one!
Mind you, everyone here would be saying fake!

Yes they are connected I feel as well. But lets look at that connection. Is it because we are mired in 3D here on earth and they are all aware of their multidimensional selves so operate on so many more levels than we are aware of?
Perhaps that is the end of the connection to spiritual realms. A dimensional thing in common.

Aliens can go forward and back on time because time is stacked. Time is like a big circle and the dot in the middle is called the present moment where we can access all things including creation. Imagine a stack of CD's and each CD is a different dimension. Aliens can go to the 6th CD in the pack where other dimensions are and do things to your 6th dimensional self, then they can go to your current CD of your entire life with all incarnations before and after this life. They can set things up in your childhood and insert things there so that things play out for them later when they need it.

I was told by a psychic recently that I keep going forward and back in time checking on things. Made me laugh as I like to know whats coming up.

I've heard of people doing similar things.

I personally know one person who experienced such occurances some years ago. They did something similar, but used thin fishing nylon strung across his bedroom floor and tied to tin cans filled with stones.

He was awoken one night by the crashing sound of one of the tins falling over...and told me that as he woke and sat up, in that brief moment between 'emerging' from sleep into an awake state he saw something - well, two somethings to be exact...which he said looked almost like (in his words) 'Evil Dwarves' just kind of dissipating into either corner of his bedroom.

There was no bedclothing or otherwise that had struck the nylon lines to cause them to pull the cans over...nor a pet or anything as his bedroom door was closed. No wind or anything, not that wind could have been so strong as to knock over a can with stones in it.

Of course there are other possibilities:
- He may have unknowingly/subconsciously tripped the line himself somehow and just imagining seeing those 'Evil Dwarves'
- He may be making it up.

Of course those two options seem logical...as ultimately one of the other options is, well, two 'Evil Dwarves' for whatever reason appeared in his room...somehow became *physical* in form and thus physically embodied to trip that line and then able to *dematerialise* again when the line was tripped and my friend awoken.

I can see how that option is waaaaay out there...and why people would consider one of the other two 'logical' options (or similar). Can totally see it and understand that.
However - and again I acknowledge that I'm no holder or definer of truth - I believe my friend.

Peace.

The evil looking dwarfs are just dumb oafish creature who work for Greys. Their job is fetching and carrying. Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to work we go!

So your friend is actually telling the truth with what he saw. The other odd thing is that they can walk through brick and yet...leave footprints on the wooden floor? Work that one out?

Yeah...my own response when my friend asked me what those 'Evil Dwarves' were was pretty much that: Minions....little henchmen/workers.

In regards to the OP...well, for me I'd pretty much substitute the word 'alien' for 'spirit' (or as we say 'wairua/kehua') and it'd ring more familiar to me personally...

Peace.

I agree with you there. So many of the classic "symptoms" are a normal part of the sleep process. The lines can get very blurred, even misleading. I know there are things in the so called "astral" that love to take advantage of natural processes like the sleep paralysis stage to terrify people in all sorts of ways, as well as all sorts of things that are really from our own mind. Perhaps it might even be in these beings interests if people believe they are aliens and are to be feared. They can be very intelligent, our mind and particularly subconscious mind which can play a part in these experiences, can be like an open book in many ways for these entities. I have had a lot of experiences with them and been able to observe what they do in the "astral". There is nothing extraterrestrial about them.

From people I know who claim to have had genuine alien contact this way, I say genuine because they claim to know exactly who and what these beings were, they give a different story. They are not terrified during sleep paralysis or in any way. In fact they often relate thier experience as beautiful and uplifting. Even those who have experienced quite genuine missing time type of encounters through the day, including one quite unexplainable instance that I know of personally, don't seem to have any real reason to be in fear of anything.

Have you ever taken Ambien? A lot of people who have taken it report all sorts of strange nocturnal behavior like what you just mentioned. I took it myself for a short period of time and immediately stopped taking it when I discovered that I was making long-distance phone calls to relatives that I don't remember making (in a panic over creatures invading my bedroom), and finding candles burned that I didn't remember lighting the next morning. For me, it was an expense and a fire hazard but some people have driven after taking Ambien so using your computer isn't all that far out there, really.

As for everything else out there on the subject, I continue to read whatever I can get my hands on. I am intensely curious about the subject and I would really like to know the truth. I have unanswered questions of my own, in addition to a sympathetic attitude towards those who find themselves in a similar situation. I suppose you could say that I'm open to the possibility that abductions occur but I have not seen any definitive proof to support this conjecture. In fact, I strongly suspect that if such a thing was happening, proof would be very hard to come by. If we really are dealing with an alien entity, the likelihood that we would be able to make sense of it, is virtually zilch. Our "forensics rule book" would have to be re-written entirely! How would we even begin to know what to look for as evidence that "they" were here?

Questions - what brought about the curiosity? What "definitive proof" do you need? Why empathise with something you don't know really exists? I'm interested. You have a scientific bent, an analytical mind. That's why you use a words like "forensics" rather than vibes. But. I suspect that there is a side to your personality that also taps into alternative lifestyles and ways of doing things. Maybe a psychic hidden up there somewhere?

When I remote viewed down to locations set down bt ET activity I was tracking emotions from humans and impressions they had of ET events. I had to suspend analytical thinking to tap into something else. Some call it akashic records others vibes. You know people leave trace memories all around. You can locate people using them or recall an occurance that took place at a certain spot. There is a way to cross check this with a scientific approach but actually using vibes takes something else. When I mean remote view, for me it took actually visiting sites on my own two legs.

Just remember that analyse and psychic approaches can be used together to achieve answers. You don't have to fall down in one camp or the other.
I like the way you put your viewpoint accross. Your intelligent that is clear. I suspect that someeone you are close to has had ET encounters and you are checking things out for them. Maybe. You are respectful towards posters with ET experiences and that is also appreciated.

It could explain missing time events. Even more curious is to have time elsewhere and then be brought back to the place where you had already been wthout missing time. You make sense to me spacecowgirl.

The danger to abductees is coming to a solid conclusion about abductions. If you think it is all in the astral, they leave footprints in your bedroom. If you think it only happens at night, they abduct you during the day. If you think it only happens in your bedroom they take you from your car....etc etc. The last thing in that scenario is thinking you have to be not fully conscious or aware...thats when they operate on you while you are watching TV!
Most people don't get it.

I have read your posts on this subject and I have come to the conclusion that you do not know what you are talking about. For example:
The evil looking dwarfs are just dumb oafish creature who work for Greys Have you researched these ebens? For someone that has been abducted by these ebens you sure have a limited knowledge base on them.

To anyone that has been abducted I suggest regression, under regression you will be able to bring forward your subconscious that will be able to communicate on a level of comprehension far above anything the conscious mind can cope with.

Trying to find a reputable therapist who accepts abduction at face value and has adequate training in regression therapy is a real challenge. I don't think there would be nearly so many of us here with unanswered questions and/or suffering in anonymity if more people had access to such a precious resource! A lot of people seem to feel as though "something" is wrong-- a vague uneasiness that something extraordinary is happening to them. Unfortunately without adequate professional guidance, people end up wandering through life trying to make do as best they can. In some cases, horrific abuse at the hands of other people is the root cause. In others it may be something else entirely (existential crisis, bona fide abduction, etc.). Because this topic elicits so much ridicule, it is virtually impossible to be completely open and honest in ways that might allow someone else to provide help.

If people cannot freely express their emotions and relay their experiences, how can anyone else help them? I do not believe that everyone who claims to be an abductee is the real deal but at the same time, I suspect that many of us have unresolved issues which pertain to past and ongoing trauma which have yet to be addressed. The nature of that trauma should not prevent people from seeking help but it can. There was once a time when sexual crimes (of the human-to-human variety) were spoken of in hushed tones. We can only hope to reach a point in our own understanding where regardless of the basis for our own uneasiness/dysfunction we can come to respect others who do not bear burdens which are familiar to us. I cannot imagine what it must be like, for example, to have to learn to adapt to daily life as a survivor of a natural disaster. I may not understand the coping mechanisms employed by someone who has had their home reduced to splinters by a tornado while hunkered down in a bathtub but I'm not going to belittle them for it. I wish a similar stance could be taken with abductees if and untilthey are able to secure professional guidance tailored to their unique situation. Trauma changes us in ways we are still trying to understand and it would be wrong to assume that even the luckiest among abductees would ever be "okay".

Regression has gotten a bad rap over the years and even the most qualified therapist isn't perfect. Still, it would be nice if those who are willing and able to devote a significant portion of their caseloads to this phenomena could be a little more visible. Sure, lists exist online but the number and distribution of therapists who are willing to treat human and alien abductees similarly is so sparse, that it hardly does most people any good at all. And so, they come to ATS for answers instead...

How about instead of regression, you try for full consciosuness and oneness? Unity? That should beat the heck out of doing regression?

Agreed, if abductees cannot find a suitable regressionists then I suggest M.I.M meditation in moderation. I do not suggest sitting down for hours on end, instead little moments at a time progressing as time goes on, 5 mins then 10 mins then 20 mins e.t.c, but only when they feel comfortable to do so. The clearer the mind the easier and faster the answers will come.

There are some very good regressionists in the USA that specialise in Alien Abduction.

I'm sure there are! Finding them is the issue... Finding one within reach (or even in one's own STATE) is the problem. Most seem to be clustered on or near the west coast which, doesn't do much for people living elsewhere. It's expensive to fly out there and/or take days off of work to drive there-- to say nothing of the mess it creates with insurance when you try to see an out-of-state therapist! Besides, I would imagine it would require multiple sessions (no quick fix). The US is bigger than most countries (area) and I realize how convenient it must sound (to others around the world from smaller nations) to hear that therapists specializing in a desirable field exist in their country. Furthermore, we don't have a system of passenger trains spanning the nation like other developed countries that would facilitate long-distance commutes for appointments. Americans are still hooked on their cars so if you don't have one... well, that's a topic for another thread!

Could you please tell me everything you know on the small elvish creatures? You said I didn't know what I was talking about so it seemed that you knew something? Please share with us all? Or was that just an empty jibe at me? I am very curious now.

I totally feel in sync with what the OP is saying.

It is trully hard to talk about these things without someone thinking you are cuckoo. I keep alot of my experiences to myself and usually can only use the net as an avenue for people with like minds.

I too am passionate about nature, political subjects and wanting to change the world for the better and bring peace.

Have had experiences cant quite comprehend.

Good work for speaking your truth
