I have a bad feeling about this summers Democratic convention, and things will start to unravel in our Country at that time.

When the DNC uses it's Super delegates to nominate HC over BO.

The Blacks will riot Nation wide feeling they have been screwed and the fight will not be North / South, but Black / White.

A few years ago my mother, who is Cuban, told me that the next civil war this country fights will be about Race. I hope that isn't true. But if Obama gets killed, then expect that to be reality.

Anyone ever think that they aren't planning to ever pay it back?
So that being said, if they don't, I ain't either

And so should everyone else!
If they decide not to pay their debt back then so can we!!!

In the case where they wouldn't pay it back, what would happen then?
They basically print their own money, so what does it really matter if they do or don't?

My worst fear would be to have to raise a weapon at my brother. Not worth it. No human lives are worth it. There HAS to be another way. There has to be.

Project, You missed my point and called me ignorant. This is the exact kind of passive-aggressive defense which rises out of nowhere when anyone defends what they are confused about defending.

My point, which many got- but you did not- is simply this. When this battle actually starts- your staying in a place of peace and non-violence is NOT a bad thing because the next generation of children are going to need to know the values you hold so when civilization rises again to its fullest potential- there will be no violence.

My willingness to protect you and eat behind you to protect this belief is how much I believe in what you are saying- this is what a true American will do for another. What I do in violence will not be out of self-defense- it will be out of defending peace and doing everything necessary to keep it alive in a true American to be able to pay it forward.

I do not need to be remembered- honored and martyred for this service. In facts its best that my defense actions be considered wrong and never justified. This is how much I am willing to give the village and how much I believe in peace.

Your brother stepped onto that plane headed for Iraq. He was duped like the rest of them. So when I slit the throat of the person who steals the apple from another's plate- yes, it may just be someone who is hungry- it may be someone who, like your brother is confused and hungry. I will not wait for an explanation and hopefully it will serve as another reminder to you that I can see them and will not hesitate no matter who they are pretending or wish they are.

Imagine all the peaceful dogs as Americans. I will be one who see's the fox hiding and will kill it without question, hesitation and my only regret will be that the fox got into our haven in the first place.

My point is we will all make sacrifices for our continued survival and revival. And those who work the hardest will eat first- this human nature and society. In a peaceful new civilizations this is all good.

Maybe thats what the government wants. Just maybe this is what they planned on the entire time. Let all **** break loose, then bail out.
It would make perfect sense, then with our military in disarray someone like China or Russia could move right on in. Just a thought.

Yeah thats where most of the black budget spending goes. Continuity of government program by FEMA which is now part of Homeland Security.

Instead of redistributing the wealth to the americans in the form of social welfare and citizen care they spend this money on reverse engineering ufos, developing new biological and chemical warfare, mind control manipulation, underground tunnels and bunkers, stealth planes, stealth ships, stealth....everything.

The american people have been self-hijacked by the military industrial elite a very long time ago. Nothing new really its just that people are ignorant and have no clue.

I agree wtih Lilitu. The government is already ahead of the game, and history shows it. For example, the government used biological warfare against the Native Americans...what makes you think when all hell breaks loose they won't just do the same thing?

Believe me, the government have gone to great lengths to destroy freedom if necessary, probably as far as some of you people who would go to great lengths to protect freedom.

Similarly, the dumbing down of Americans could eventually lead to you fighting more "sheeple" than the actual government police (or whoever they commissioned). The government will label revolutionaries as "terrorists" and get the mass majority (sheeple) believing you are the true enemy and must be eradicated. I'm only assuming this outcome because a majority of the American people don't want to "rock the boat" and will passively continue to accept what the government spoon feeds them as truth, UNLESS THEY GET EDUCATED ABOUT THE TRUE FACTS.

I for one am for revolution, whether it be through a peaceful route, or the alternative.

I dont see why this is big news..It is common sense. If the economy tanks, people will loose everything. If that happens...Yeah there will be civil unrest....When people have nothing, they have nothing to loose. If we hit that point so will the rest of the world. If the US economy tanks...The EU will be next, then China, and so on. World wide depression time.

The people..... duh, the Federal Government is not an autonomous "thing" it still requires humans, people you know the same US citizens that have to pay 3.40 a gallon for gas or $1.00 for a simple can of green beans. The same people that have to dot the I and cross the T on government forms or get on the radio to co-ordinate dispatch or walk you to your jail cell or even to run the photo copier.

Most of the lower class Fed employees are critical to keeping the machine running, these people have kids that go to school with your kids and live in homes on your block....

We the PEOPLE..... sound familiar.

We the People alright.... We the people run this country, without a clear an cut line of whos naughty an whos nice, the people might change their minds an go with what naturaly feels right, freedom....

We are alot smarter as a whole ( yet some I would argue ) then we were during the 1st revolution... look at us now, we have more items in junkyards an elsewhere that can be turned into useful items to do many things with, one most serious one is to fight with..... Lots of good materials even if guns were taken away, we got so many advantages just not the correct kind of social networking... still have alot of folks who are too involved in their own workings to listen to another about this matter.... it'll happen thoe if life in america doesnt change, we will envoke change.

I hope this happens money chasers..... if all the worlds economies collapsed tell me what really has collapsed ? did a building collapse ? did your home somehow instantly vaporize ? did your car explode on the spot or suddenly the steam turbine resist the pressure of the steam and not turn over ???

The entire world could stop and for an instant every man women and child could be equal lets say everyone worth 250,000 credits your average US home median 217.00 USD is now 175,000 credits, don't have a home ? you have credits now to own a home outright, simply select a builder or city of choice and pay 175.000 and a home is yours or will be built for you. If you live in Africa guess what same deal you get a standard home with walls a roof and basic provisions.

You previously "owned" a home worth more then median in the US, but owed the bank still more then the difference between your loan and the median credit value well guess what no loan, no mortgage and you don't live there anymore, you get a standard home free and clear

If you are thinking rationally, you will agree that civil war in out time is unthinkable. Firstly, all infrastructure will be gone including gas, water, food, electricity, fireman, police, doctors, sewers, engineers, ect. ect.

Everybody will be for themselves and in small groups who will be against everyone else. It would be a bloodbath. All out gangs against gangs against neighborhoods against survivalist groups. Anyone who is left will have to scrounge for food and water. I will be horrible.

Don't forget that the vultures will try to take advantage. The corrupt Mexicans will try to claim as much of the US as own territory.

Middle class Americans are only now feeling the pinch. Many maxed out credit cards for big screen TVs, SUVs and long vacations. They are now having to cut back and stop being so wasteful. The new yuppie phrase is being green. SUV and trucks can’t be given away and the car dealers are getting worried.

Civil war? I don’t think so, but a lot of soul searching and electing candidates who can understand that we are in a mess.

PS. We didn’t have a civil war during the Great Depression and it is even more unlikely in today’s world.

You all can believe what you want. I have an "acquaintance", shall we say, with the Indiana State Police. They are expecting riots to break out soon because of the foreclosures in Indiana. Make of it what you will, and disbelieve me (or rather, my "source") if you will.

We are already in a depression that's gonna make the great depression look like a cakewalk, but no one believes because the big corporate interests say we're only in a "recession". (Hell, I'd claim we were in a recession too, if I could get my products made by chinese children for 10 cents an hour.)

The process works, we can take the recourses our founding fathers took to liberate themselves, and they didn't imme4diately go to war,they worked the diplomatic course until shots were being fired at them, and even after there numerous reports that British soldiers were killing Contin ental Army soldiers in cold blood, Washington issued a decree stating that the colonies of the united States would not stoop so low as the purpose of this liberation movement was to rise above such behaviors, and that the American cause was more just than cold-blooded murder. Wise words. If we would actually sit down and LISTEN to the founding fathers *FOR ONCE...I MEAN REALLY BLOODY WELL LISTEN TO THEM!!!!!!!* then we would be able to understand that when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

You want things to run differently in these untied States? Don't like the way the unconstitutional government is running things? Then BECOME the Constitutional government and make change. It isn't that hard, it will just take a little *actual* work and thought. Have we become too lazy to save ourselves?

It doesn't have to end in bloodshed. There is still time to come to a diplomatic end to this perfidy. If we don't act diplomatically, however, (un)Civil War is the only natural development of the current economic and social conditions.

Although violence has never been a great alternative The threat of violence has always been a factor in the establishment of order. The constitution and it's bill of rights,state our rights to redress grievances and keep and bear arms.When the words fall on deaf ears then the citizens must make a stand for what is right.
A paper revolution would be fantastic.I doubt however that TPB would give it much creedence.The thought of an armed angry populace will have an affect on them.The powers that be have more to lose than we poor citizens do.They have a lot farther to fall.

A revolution is not going to happen, no matter how bad the economy gets. Most people are aware that governments are necessary to preserve the framework of civilization. This present government, if overthrown, would be replaced by another one, much likely a worse one.

And what would a revolution look like? The leftwingers would imagine the overthrow of capitalism. The rightwingers would imagine the overthrow of everything that interferes with individual interests. The anarchists would imagine the end of all governments and social order. Dictators arise out of chaos.
