What would be the ultimate in an ironic comedy/tragedy is if the gov't does know, have prepared, and hide in the ground ... the thing comes by and
traps them all underground, and most people on top survive the event and continue on with life and rebuild society.
In fact, most of the crooked would be gone in that kind of situation, might be peace on Earth! With a evil secret society living below us in caves.
The possibilities are endless. We travel through space, our solar system travels through space, our galaxy travels through space ... other systems
travel within our galaxy, other galaxies and their systems travel ... there are rouge [sic] planets and stars ... really, the chances of something
not passing by us is quite amazing.
Add to that our inability to accurate see and track everything in our own solar system, let alone we have no idea about our Kaiper belt ... we have
theories, but no evidence on how big it is, how much stuff is out there.
If we take a step back and realize how little we know and understand, it helps to not eliminate theories no matter how wild. This does not mean
worry, live in a shelter, and have decades of canned beans stocked up. It just means to keep you mind open to new ideas on what is out there and how
everything works. What was the explanation before, was only the understanding at the time based on measurable evidence.
This is why Plasma cosmology cannot be written off in my mind, even though most people take gravity as the only possible solution. Well, it isn't
gravity that holds an atoms structure, or our bodies together, now is it?
Do I necessarily believe in 'Nibiru' ... not particularly, but the possibility of a brown dwarf, rogue planet, or other anomaly being passed in a
pattern is not impossible. Especially since we don't stay on the galactic plane, but pass through it ever so many millenia.
It would be nice to get all the pictures we pay for with our public funded space programs, in their highest resolutions. It is a shame they get away
with withholding even one of them.
