Ummm, Did I ever imply at any time that one person alone would be able to do it? Believe me when I say that I have not forgotten about the "hired guns" patrolling around outside of D.C. buildings...

Yep, this is another crisis that originally started when the Federal Reserve Act was signed into action. If Congress had not unconstitutionally "transfered" their Power to "coin money & determine the value thereof" in the first place,
financial crisis like this wouldn't be happening.

Amen, northern brother! The big problem is finding someone who actually deserves to work in government. I've been an active voter for nearly 30 years & have found no reason to vote other than "No Conficence." However, I think Ron Paul deserves a shot at the White House (If he can manage to cut through the opposing BS & get to the Primaries): His political history shows a straight-forward, pro-Constitution career thus far & looks like the first time I'd actually vote for a person rather than a phrase.

Add on top of that electronic voting machines that don't even give you a freakin' paper copy of your vote, then you only have the illusion of a democratic electoral process.

If your district only wants to use "paperless" voting, you still have an alternative: Absentee Ballot! Just request one & you don't even have to provide an excuse for asking! Just make sure you get it filled out & sent back in plenty of time before election day. You know, if all districts that want to use the paperless machines for voting saw everybody requesting Absentee Ballots, then maybe "they" will get the message, "Screw the machine! We want our votes to be counted!"

BTW, Vinadetta: Have you heard about A March on Washington DC thread?...Never mind, judging by your avatar, you've "been there, done that."

Well, first for ratings...

As already been stated many liberals watch orally for humor. The same reason they listen to Rush "The Pill" Limbaugh. Its funny to ehar someone say "The reason the boy didn't run away was because he liked being brutally raped for years" then know they are supposed to speak at a abused and missing childrens foundation dinner.

Second, Orally has the same people who are less educated then people who watch The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. That's right, a fake news show informs and educates better then Fox Noise. Of course TDS doesn't get a memo from the White House everyday telling them what to report and how to report it like Fox Noise does.

Second, the speech/special comment. FF, I've learned not to listen/read your posts because you would say that Bush41 and Reagan were Gods for having a child sex ring ran out of their White House so nothing this President does can be considered bad.
(Child Sex Ring Info)
First the Newspaper of the Washington Times in June 29th 1989
s58.photobucket.com...
s58.photobucket.com...

Then the documentary made by BBC and Discovery on it. Don't worry the scenes of Republican congressmen, cabinet members, and Lobbyists raping children were cut out so its not considered child porn.(The reason the documentary wasn't allowed to air in America even though it aired in England) www.franklincase.org...

So really, a pardon of a crony won't get an impeachment when a child sex ring got GOP voters sending their little kids to the White House to be raped.

A few things about O'reilly's ratings, and the biasness of Fox News. Tell me if it all makes sense now.

1: A vice presidential order to have all his televisions tuned to Fox News.

Cheney does like his suite at a comfy 68 degrees. And, of course, all the televisions need to be preset to the Fox News Channel (what, you thought he was a Lifetime devotee?).

With a photocopy of his "order."

Link to above info.

2: Fox News's self lie about being fair and balanced, which fuels the republicans argument about Fox being fair and balanced.

The Most Biased Name in News

Some excerpts:

"If it hadn't been for Fox, I don't know what I'd have done for the news," Trent Lott gushed after the Florida election recount (Washington Post, 2/5/01).

In fact, wrapping itself in slogans like "Fair and balanced" and "We report, you decide," Fox argues precisely the opposite: Far from being a biased network, Fox argues, it is the only unbiased network. So far, Fox's strategy of aggressive denial has worked surprisingly well; faced with its unblinking refusal to admit any conservative tilt at all, some commentators have simply acquiesced to the network's own self-assessment.

The most obvious sign of Fox's slant is its heavily right-leaning punditry. Each episode of Special Report with Brit Hume, for example, features a three-person panel of pundits who chat about the day's political news at the end of the show.

Read it, its an interesting article.

3: Tony Snow being Bush's new Press Secretary

Bush Considering Replacing McClellan With Fox News Anchor Tony Snow

4: An arguement with McClellan about Fox News

"My question would be, is there a White House policy that all government TVs have to be tuned to Fox?" VandeHei asked.

White House scribe asks for the remote

5: My Own Take

How many county offices do you walk into that they are showing Fox News on. I used to be in the military, and Fox News is everywhere, in the cafeterias, administration buildings, lobbies, in the command front offices, everywhere. With that much publicity, how can Fox News not have the highest ratings! Their job is to motivate the republicans into war by fear mongering and pretending everything is going great over there, and it does it well. Look around, doctors offices, dentist offices, etc. Take a tally.

Anyone notice that when Conservatives argue their point they don't actually mention facts they just call everyone "liberals" and slander them?

Let me take a few posts for example:

Olbermann is, again, pushing his left wing agenda .. the one he recently adapted due to sagging ratings in order to gain an audience. Guess he found one.

Wow great input. So glad it was on Olbermann and not the topic. Strawman anyone?

If a tree falls in the woods, and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?

What a pathetic attempt at ratings. Who is this guy to call for the resignation of President Bush? If you translate viewers to approval ratings, Bush is doing alot better than Olbermann.

Maybe Olbermann should consider resignation?

See my above statement. Yeah, how crazy for a news reporter to try to hold a politician accountable. No one is allowed to discredit Bush - except of course Jon Stewart and the Daily Show.

Olbermann is a loser, who only wishes he had O'Reilly's ratings.

Good point sir. Maybe if Olbermann interupted his guests and told them to shut up 3 times an interview like O'Reilly he'd have a boost in ratings? But again, what does that have to do with what Olbermann is saying?" Any actual input or though process?

Olberman does shill for Democrats, this is a fact. The only issue I have with that ass chewing is he creates some imagery that the Republican party is the only party capable of such a thing.

It's not.

...This is getting repetitive.
