I read that we are made of energy and our bodies are just like visible energy. Is loving someone like sharing energy?

Yes love your self and others and everything you have the chance to experience.

It's a wonderful gift, there are no words invented to describe the chance you have to experience your individual self.

wE ARE A uNIT WORKING FOR "loves design".

If something bad happens to you, it is an experience. Are we supposed to love this?

To learn to love all will increase your light, open your awareness and benifit your universal potential for your blessed eternity. Your experiences will enable your choices, the byproducts of your experiences will benifit the intentions of the creator. Everything is possible if only you have imagination and the will to be at peace with the motion around you.

First rise above the veil covering the true "self." Recognize the difference between you and (eternal) "YOU" and build a lasting relationship with "YOU." The true you will open up the doors of truth in time.

Everything else is the unfoldment process.
