Here's a few questions why during the court case did the girls not claim sexual harassment rather than the transwoman made them feel 'vulnerable' due to past sexual harassment from other people? After the court case now these six girls claim sexual harassment?

There are more than six girls in that sorority, why aren't the others stepping up to corroborate their accusations?

Now you're getting yourself complicated. Your implying transwomen are women and you defend their positions even in sororities. If you're saying that transwomen are not women then they shouldn't be in women's spaces and in sororities.

The uni doesn't have to define what a woman is. And the uni doesn't make up its own laws. This isn't the reason why this sorority was forced to accept a transwoman. If what you're claiming was true then sororities would have had plenty of men in them. But they don't.

The evidence is that the other girls have not stepped forward to corroborate these six girls' stories about the transwoman staring and getting boners. I mean really I would be stepping forward if that was happening and complaining loudly, as well as installing hidden cameras for evidence.

Transgender women are men and have no place in sororities. They need to be removed from female spaces immediately.

No he hasn't been misgendered as he is a man and men cannot be in sororities and everywhere else dedicated to women only.

Again, wanting to be the other gender, when you cannot physically BE that gender is the problem. If the person admitted it was just for outward appearances, then at least there would be honesty involved. But when you wage a campaign to adjust society to placate that mental illness and "affirm" that the dude in a dress is really a woman, you not only lie to that person, but force others to be liars as well. And if they really believe it, then the issue is massively compounded by mass delusion. There is no way this ends well for the dude in a dress.
