There is a huge difference between a university rule and regulation and an actual law of the state.

I don't see how rules and regulations fail to distinguish between men and women in a university. Surely if they had no idea of what a woman is (as you claimed) there would have been no women's sports, no female toilets, no sororities, no female lockers. But is this happening? I don't think it does.

I am not the one who speculates. It's you who discusses whether the transwoman has harassed others and so on. The transwoman doesn't have to harass others in this case or intimidate them. The transwoman shouldn't be in the sorority in the first place as he is a man...

Okay, I thought that didn't add up.

That makes a hell of a lot more sense for a sorority. I kept thinking, "There's no way a Wyoming chapter let a transgender woman live at the house. That would make even accepting people uncomfortable."

Reason: No matter how many barriers are broken, with dating and cohabitation, birth gender always matters. It requires designation that needs to be made clear up front by all parties. Which makes it trump personal expression as to how people ultimately view them.

Usually I read the other side, but with this one going to court I figured they lived in the house like was purported, and he stared at them all day in silence like a creepy guy at a gym. And they were united in their accusations of him/her. I was taken in by face value again.

Hate when that happens.

Now it's only six of them, she didn't live there, it may have been made up, she's in earnest, and she was mostly a pawn for political posturing. And then publicly used as a way to make more people either support or oppose the transgender.

Now it suggests the factions formed the moment they voted to accept her. Which is the type of vindictiveness that would be expected from a sorority.

Didn't know there was a previously existing circus about the trailblazing of it all. Maybe if I had my obsession on the pulse of everything trans-news I might have caught that.
