It was one of the first things I brought up because if we're wanting to ban red triangles for being Nazi symbols, then we need to ban pretty much all colored triangles because the Nazi triangle coding system was extensive: blue, yellow, pink, brown, green, red, black, purple - all used.

And if you cannot point to a red triangle being used by an organization in their banners for whatever reason without it being deemed Nazi because "Nazis used the red triangle", then the same logic ought to apply to any org or group that uses any of those colored triangles for any reason. They're all using Nazi symbols and ought to be banned. Good luck explaining that one to the gays (who specifically appropriated the Nazi symbol) and the Jews (who call it a Star of David, darn Nazis and their mockery).

Antifa sure likes the black, red and white color combo the Nazis favored. Just do an image search of “antifa” and tell me I’m wrong. And they love them some helmets, shields and masks (long before covid19). Very Waffen SS-like. That symbol with the the three red arrows in a red circle on a field of black seems kinda neofascist. Antifa should drop the “anti” and just go with “fa.” It would be more accurate.

Red triangle is vague. It can have multiple meanings. It has been used for 3 different antifa logos. You can see them all in the video below. Meanwhile, antifa carries around a flag strangling a snake which was used by Nazi. You can see the image at 9:32 in the video. Now that is not vague. It's not a colored shape. It's an actual symbol. Antifa also fly the same colors as NAZI's and also use the same tactics. Let's take another step.

Who is using public schooling as well as Universities to brainwash students with their ideology, left or the right?

Who controls the media and entertainment industry and use it to push propaganda and brainwash the public? Left or Right?

Who is currently banning books, art, and trying to rewrite history? Left or Right?

Who tries to dehumanize their political opponents by calling them ists and isms? as well as worse things. Left or Right?

Who is censoring free speech, especially when counter arguments prove them wrong, Left or Right?

Who is backing up major corporations (google, yahoo, facebook, twitter, etc..) who are trying to take away free speech? Left or Right?

Who uses violence and intimidation to break up peaceful protests and rallies, meanwhile staging violent protests themselves and calling it peaceful, left or right?

Who constantly attacks the American Flag, and American values, the left or right?

Who is trying to redefine the meanings of words, symbols, phrases, memes, jokes, etc.. in attempt to control their false narrative, Left or the Right?

Who is moving more and more towards socialism and even proudly proclaim themselves as socalists, the left or the right?

Except for the star of David was the symbol of the Jewish faith centuries before the Nazi's existed.

And red triangles are the symbols for lots of things today. It's a symbol for family planning among other things.

Facebook's only stated rationale for banning the ad was that the inverted red triangle was used by Nazi's. That's it. If that's the only reason given, then anything and everything used by Nazis is fair game, no matter why it's being used now because the Trump ad was not using the inverted red triangle as anything other than an example of ANTIFA imagery, which it is.

So, as I have previously explained, unless the ANTIFA imagery intends to be NAZI, then anything and everything that uses something that can be linked to any Nazi used symbol should be banned under the Facebook logic.

Or, they can tell the truth -- they're in the tank for Biden and censoring anything they can to make a Biden presidency happen.

My comment was to correct a mistake in your post, as it was apparent it "mattered" at that time. Additionally, I think there was an attempt in Pakistan at some point by Islamist to 'genocide' Hindu's, but it was nothing near the actual genocide of the Jews by the Nazi's, one of the most, if not the most heinous events in the Earth's history, so yes it matters. It matters to Jews, and although I am not Jewish, it matters to me. It matters to many people.

Perhaps they are trying to clean up their act a little bit after permitting the Russians and Chinese to post so many ridiculous lies against Trump's opposition in 2016 which many people believed, and as S.O. put it in his thread, was the cause of this site becoming 'toxic' to advertisers, and the cause if it's current troubles.
