If this pandemic teaches us anything, it’s that we cannot be so strategically entangled with China. And when it comes to manufacturing pharmaceuticals and essential medical supplies, we must mandate by law that this is done domestically, as a matter of national security. That is something that all Republicans and Democrats ought to be able to pass.

India gets almost all of its materials for the drugs they make and send to the US from China as well, it stands to reason they would target India with that embargo as well
