Trump tried to have some of it "Classified" AFTER the fact.

I agree that Comey should have been indicted for the classified information he illegally handled.

It's disheartening (for now) because his assistant, Andy McCabe, did pretty much the same thing. It's rumored that McCabe is close to being indicted.

But how can McCabe be indicted for doing the same thing his boss (Comey) did, but Comey was not indicted?

IT JUST OCCURRED TO ME that there have been no official announcements regarding the Indictment, Non-Indictment, or consideration thereof, for either COMEY or MCCABE.
