I have searched the entire FBI Vault, FBI main web site and FBI Phoenix web site.

There's zero reference to this document. Not just that, there's no reference to the issue of conspiracy theories and domestic terrorism.

AT ALL.
All this seems more than odd, since we're being told it's such a critical and unprecedented event in the FBI's history.

There's no definition of what a 'conspiracy theory' is in the document, or what 'domestic terrorism' is. Just a list of events and references to groups.

ANTIFA doesn't even get mentioned. Maybe their Phoenix chapter isn't 'woke' enough.

Look, I guess there MAY be a link between conspiracy theories and domestic terrorism. But I very much doubt this is an FBI document.
And if it is, they've got way too much time on their hands, in the Phoenix branch.

A Judge threw out the DNC suit against Trump for "colluding with Russia", and not a single Liberal MSM has mentioned it, to the best of my knowledge.

If it were not for President Trump gleefully stating how even a Clinton-Appointed Federal Judge agreed that it was a HOAX, I wouldn't have known of this HUGE decision/news.

In hindsight: I think judge Koeltl published his decision only 3 hours before the Dim debate on Wednesday, so it would be ignored. It was!

The IG Report on FBI/Hillary's E-mail didn't.

It's like Comey's brain is telling him every day he wakes up, that it's May 10, 2017....the day after he was fired. He's suffering from a rare form of denying reality.

The IG findings on HIM showed he broke laws. The DOJ opted not to pursue. The man is looney.

It's all becoming clearer to me now.

In June 2018, the FBI referred Comey to the IG for improper handling of Memos/Leaking.

“We received a referral on that from the FBI,” Horowitz said, in response to questioning from Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, about the Comey memos.

This means there will be a "Comey Report", as Joe DiGenova stated. The IG has found BIGGER crimes to (probably) charge Comey with, in its investigation into FISA abuse.

Tank from Project Speak saying global markets are crashing and he said there was an attempted bank run in France. He does have access to inside info but he hasn't always been accurate. I can't find anything about a bank run in France, I do know that the Yellow Vests claimed they were going to do a run several months ago...

A police report says Cummings and his wife were woken up at 3:40 a.m. July 27 by a security motion system alert at their home in the 2000 block of W. Madison Ave. A man had come in through an unlocked, exterior door that leads to an entryway, then got through a second, locked door to get further inside the building. Cummings and his wife live on the first and second floor of the house, and there’s an apartment on the third floor, the report said.

Attorney General Barr made the right call. This would have been the first major charging decision of this investigation, which is not the time to go all in on a “maybe” case. To do so would create exactly the appearance of political vindictiveness and retributivist prosecution he is working so hard to dispel.
