I stopped buying them when the hit $4 each here in washington state.

Actually, i stopped buying them when they hit $2 a piece....

3rd Priority: Water to Fight Wildfires.
4th Prioriity : Water to Fight Rich Electirical Company Caused Fires.
5th Priority: Water for all the Illegal Immigrants who come to Cali ( It's their RIght!)
6th Priority: Water for the Legal Citizens of California.

I think working out is half the battle. The other half is curbing fatty meat and # food. But I just got (I think) carpal tunnel from lifting too much and then drumming 2 days in a row after that. I use my wrists too much. I think I used too much weight on a curl machine and now my thumb tingles. It's annoying as #.

Fatty meat isn't a problem, refined carbs and processed foods are. Fats actually help flip your body into ketosis, which will help it burn fats between meals and during the nighttime fasting period.

Im shopping for some new avocado trees right now to replace the 3 trees I lost some years ago. They grow good here, but need to be protected from frost. The Global warming is keeping them safe here now!

In my world a 340 lb dude is fully believable. 7'3" was a give away that BS was afoot, and actually considering how ridiculous that claim was, I'll assume the member in question thought he was equally dramatizing the weight and he's actually about a buck-25.

"Slightly higher"? Probably much higher. Sometimes they get up to $2 each where I live. If they went to $3-4 dollars it would really suck.

One medium avocado is packing about 270 cal and it's full of fat. True the fat is a healthy fat, but I won't eat more than one/day, and I usually use that as a supplement to round out a fish meal because fish is such a lean protein.

Avocados are a calorie dense food even though they are nutritious. I've been eating them happily as a part of my diet and I'm slightly over 40 lbs lost now.

They were screaming this same avocado b.s. right before Trump was elected last time.

I noticed the avacado toast story this morning over coffee and laughed with my husband.. I initially said good- maybe we should just grow them here and he said that they’re probably native to that area and grow best there. Who the heck cares about Avacados? Grow them on our vast farmland or get one of those indoor air-gardens that let you grow all sorts of vegetables and even fruits inside your home. If you eat that many, better get a few dozen just to be safe
