Hi, c.o.m....I have been out and about today and am catching up. When I first saw that JC tweet today, it seemed soooo depressing. My first thought was 'suicidal', but this is J.C., so, nah!

The 187 reference is disturbing. It seems as if he is telling himself or the receiver of the message that none of this will matter in the grander scheme of time. So, is he resigning himself to accepting POTUS is cleared, or is he issuing the LAST RESORT order?

ETA: Comey was in Cupertino, CA Thurs. and Fri. Wonder if that pic was taken there in the Bay area.

Q is fascinating to me because my mind is one who loves puzzles and this was like handing me the largest puzzle to solve ever.

Felix Sater, Bayrock, and his ties to Russia organized crime along with to Trump and to Semion Mogilevich had me concerned in the early days. I’ll admit I was kinda like WT#?

I was monitoring Q but I was also reading what was being spouted by the left. Trump the mob boss, with ties to the very guy Mueller wanted to take down the entire a$$ end of his career. I thought how weird is that. Is Mueller trying to take out a puppet, and he’s powerless to do anything but investigate and report, and there’s been no leaks? No ones screaming block Trump from all the secrets! At least except those on the deranged left. Strange.

In 1981, that FBI memo reads between the lines like a guy (Trump) saying hey, I’ll build a casino right where organized crime is. How can I help you?” Not long following that in 1985-1987, we have Rudy Guiliani of all people taking down the five families and the mafia “pizza connection” case, also.

I would not say "off" as that was the point. RM said he was NOT investigating DJT. So who or what was he investigating? RM is U1 - bag man+ (Utah investigating U1=HRC/CF/RM). Those cogs were HRC cogs not DJT cogs. It would appear that their real information was NOT related to either their trial or purported reason for questioning is the point. It was HRC/CF++.

The reason I raise it is the HRC information is coming out now - after it is all complete per whatever their doing with them. Along with the rest of the testimonies and now the SC report. With ZERO leaks over two years, they have been able to investigate and tribunal the real targets while folks yelled about the fake targets.

So some of the CF stuff we believe is still prosecutable? I mean the activities I’ll call them not within five years are outside of the statute of limitations, right? I was upset thinking that but now I’m unclear. Is any U1 activity still prosecutable even though this was over 5 years ago?

If sealed indictments are filed, the statute-of-limitation clock freezes at that point. I remember Adam Schiff in the early days saying that's how they plan to prosecute Trump when he's out of office, even if its after 2 terms.

If there are sealed indictments, I believe they can be charged. But even then, the sealed indictment has to be unsealed in a reasonable amount of time.

United States v. Deglomini, 111 F. Supp. 2d 198 (E.D.N.Y. 2000)

Even where the government has legitimate interests warranting sealing of the indictment, the right of the government to seal an indictment beyond the period established by the statute of limitations is not boundless. "[W]hen a sealed indictment has tolled the statute of limitations, the policy of repose underlying the statute demands that the Government unseal the indictment as soon as its legitimate need for delay has been satisfied."

Not unsealing up to this point because doing so would look like obstruction of justice during the SC investigation is probably reasonable, as may be the limitation in the number of prosecutors available and court vacancies. Still, as stated in the above case, there is a reasonable amount of time between brining the indictment and getting things moving.

Yes it most likely is. They are aiming for Treason and Sedition etc. on all topics which does not end - the lower cogs will get parking violations/IRS if needed. The attempt on DJT early, from my read, put all this under "act of war" so now instead of us being Enemy Combatants (War on Poverty/Drugs) Everyone CF etc. is.

HRC was SOS, which literally meant she could steal kids form Haiti and say it was because Obama ordered her to and she is safe. Her NDA's, Bill's Immunity as Pres, DJT signed contracts at office, and other agreements means she's immune under "not her fault" going back to 92 (Nuremberg is BS). So they have to work around all of that. I wish Q would release those agreements for us to see...

Here is where I see it as crazy. The systems in place were to deal with us and those selected to give the illusion the DOJ is on our side (think oliver north). The controllers have their own system of dealing with each other - think the black eyes here. Those with the back eye mark were hauled in front of a secret Tribunal of sorts. So Tribunal is in their DNA as a thing - not a trial by NY S District court with slaves judging them. See - they cannot be judged by slaves so the systems protect them against this.

So Tribunal is a thing that is supported by their own sense of "justice." Or slave POV is misleading, their overview is not really as it appears either. Q/DJT/More are working around a myriad of our beliefs and their proclivities (and freewill), which makes getting at them bananas from our POV.

It would be a smart move if they are quickly catching on the Mueller probe isn’t what they thought it was...

Consider how his business ties, brand, globe trotting and entertaining mob bosses in casinos and elite at business parties might be an asset to the intel community? Mar-A-Lago, how much intel would it have?

In this book I’m reading by Thomas Paine, who is really Michael Moore, he said one of his jobs was assisting Steve Wynn when he and Trump were battling each other. He said they did a great job for Wynn trying to find dirt on Trump but Trump was always one step ahead of them every time. How does he always do that? Who feeds him intel all these years?
