Politico has posted 100% votes tallied in FL.

Still way closer vote margin than was on the night the two Dem's conceded defeat.

12,000 margin of votes for Scott to be Sen and 33,000 vote for DeSantis for Gov (Gubinator).

How much did it change? IDK, but it was tremendous.

Meanwhile it appears the Dem's are winning in AZ for now. I saw where people, including DJT, are saying that there are significant reasons to doubt there aren't lots of invalid votes by comparing signatures. And the D's say comparing them is bad for the people (who vote for them, yea).

So the Dems have been creating ballots for almost an entire week and still lost. They must be devastated!

There is a post in another thread that someone pointed out a fact where the Election voting ended for Republicans on Nov 6th but not for Dem's till Jan 1.

The POTUS calling for not counting valid votes.

We have hit a new bottom in America.

i respect the stance conservatives take but cannot respect this willful ignorance of what is really occurring.

These are not 'late" or "found" votes. These are valid mail in ballots. anyone willing to do the smallest amount of research would understand that mail in ballots go through a lengthy process to legitimize them. They are all looked at by both parties, if one party objects and the other doesn't they are put aside for the state canvassing board to decide. They are not counted until the ballot has been approved by both sides and they are not counted to inform anyone how many are left. They get counted as they get examined. This is all according to state law.

There are not boxes of ballots being found. These boxes in questions were emptied on election night and ballots transported in sealed orange pouches.

The trucks that have been seen pick up ballots on election night and return them to the election office, all under the rules and with "representatives from both parties. The trucks then go back out over the next few days and pick all the election equipment and return that to the election office. This includes these ballot empty provisional vote boxes.

Florida Department of Elections (controlled by Scott) says there have been no cases of fraud.

Actually, here in Florida, following the growing success of early voting, at the last minute they decided to test out the implementation of new "late voting" system in certain South Florida precincts, giving unfortunate voters that couldn't or didn't bother to come out to vote an opportunity to still have their vote counted. So far, it appears that Democrats have had much more success mobilizing their late voting efforts as nearly all of the votes coming in since election day seem to favor the Democratic candidates. This democratic trend is also largely attributed to the highly innovative Broward County late voter assistance program whereby surrogates are assigned for late voters to fill out their ballots for them. This is a great moment for our democracy as we are on the path truly making sure every vote counts even the votes of those that were unfortunately unable to vote.

The corrupt, incompetent Supervisor of elections there should be fired, and then prosecuted.

They were mail in ballots that didn't arrive in time before a legal cut off.

Would like to know the percentages REP/DEM of votes tallied after the election. Really dont like the assumption that just because somebody voted for governor in a certain party you can assume, they would have voted the same for senator.

And all those votes that arrived late are still sitting in a post office and are not being counted.

The recount will correct this if a correction is needed. It is almost astronomical odds against none of these people voting for governor.

Is this just intentional dishonesty by you/ No votes have been counted that came in late. It just takes time to go through 78,000 legit mail in ballots. which by law are not counted until after the general election. It is not very hard to grasp this, but it seems very many people do not have the intellectual ability to do so.

Wow, can't believe I'm required to even bother typing this.

1. my original post was intended be in jest. Anyone with an IQ over 70 should have picked up on that. However, I am beginning to understand how you missed it.

2. See Florida Statute Section 102.141 4(b) which states:

(b) The canvassing board shall report all early voting and all tabulated vote-by-mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close. Thereafter, the canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, updated precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all results are completely reported. The supervisor of elections shall notify the department immediately of any circumstances that do not permit periodic updates as required. Results shall be submitted in a format prescribed by the department.

So, yes they are supposed to be counting the ballots prior to the polls closing. Yes, they are supposed to submit reports of the tabulations and Broward County has blatantly violated this requirement.

Do I know that they are counting late votes or filling out ballot cards themselves in a back room or filling in blanks on a ballot? No. Is the behavior highly suspect and does it point to the potential for corruption? YES.

This is all according to state law.

And you personally KNOW all this is happening, right?

Florida has already demonstrated their willingness to flagrantly defy, ignore and circumvent Florida election laws in the election which took place 6 days ago!

You are stating how things SHOULD be, not how they ARE, because you don't have any way to say for certain your statements are in fact being followed.

Ah, it's hard scanning all those 78,000 votes, isn't it?

How many people work for the state election commission again?

And why is it that 48 other states were able to count all their votes, but not Florida...AGAIN, and AGAIN...and AGAIN?

I don't disagree with your looking at facts, but frankly, I'm not sure you have the actual facts (unless you're the one doing the counting). In the absence of that, I would say there is more than enough evidence to support the notion there are some SERIOUS voting irregularities in Florida...AGAIN. And the simple fact that this is occurring AGAIN in Florida is all the more reason to believe these voting irregularities are a subset of a pattern of behavior which is not consistent with the State laws you refer to.

What about the ballots found in the back of a turned in Avis rental car this morning ? When contacted, the individual, a Democrat said he was not interested in retrieving them. The Cowards of Broward Sheriff Department was similarly uninterested in taking control of the ballots. Avis finally contacted FDLE who took control of a "box" of ballots, not an orange pouch and not escorted by representatives from both sides.

Every vote counts but the Supervisor of Elections did not want them. No fraud has been uncovered yet ? Leaving uncounted ballots in the back of a rental car and refusing to retrieve them is suspected fraud at worst, complete incompetents at best
