arguing against such would allow humans to occupy space inside the usa and be free from criminal prosecution for crimes among other rights and privileges afforded to persons on us soil.

the precedence for this is found in the numerous prosecutions of persons found inside the usa and committing crime and most found in the detention of persons not yet naturalized coming from foreign soil.

clearly history shows us that if you are on us soil then you are subject to the jurisdiction of lest you be a diplomat.

if changes to this are to be made then it clearly will have to be done through congress and not by executive orders because it is outlined in the constitution under the 14 and defined in the cfr.



the military can not be used or activated on us soil because of the posse comitatus act unless there is an ARMED invasion or an ARMED insurrection that the police can not handle. Tieing the hands of the police by way of regulations and such does not equate an armed insurrection but calls for necessity to clean up operating procedures for the police border patrol and or national guard and legislation. The military can legally drive machinery and spy on enemies and that is the legal extent inside the borders. 100 million dollars down the drain in this unconstitutional failed operation and all the constintine

Surely some part of ats would care that any actions by an unconstitutional appointment would be null and void if the scotus finds sessions "resignation forced". There is ample evidence to prove this to any just judge. It was a hail mary pass to try to undermine the justice system.

Solution is to simply vote him in but that is not on the 4d chess board atm cause it would interfere with the plan of nullification of legality. Truth is not left of right.

The attorney General is the master cog in the justice department and if the position is not constitutionally secure then the whole system fails. I am fine with Whithaker being the master cog but it has to be done valid through confirmation process in order to keep the machine working properly. Vote yes and vote now. Wait and see the crimes go unpunished.

Federal jurisdiction can be redefined by congressional statutes, and decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States. It is not defined solely by the constitution.
