I think reasonable people knew all this beforehand. There is simply not enough evidence to support the claims of the accuser.

The frightening part is how many are willing to renounce the presumption of innocence in order to seek their political ends.

Yes, I was pleasantly surprised with the prosecutor, and she didn't do anything based on political bias that I could see, she just did what prosecutors do, which is try and get to the truth of things (well, unless it's whom they are representing...then they seem to be okay with letting go of caring about the absolute truth). She had a job to do, and did it professionally.
