Nothing comes to mind except that it's the exact midpoint of the year ( on leap years ). On non-leap years it would be the last day of the first half of the year.

What if [RR] could be read as Ronald Reagan as well as Rod Rosenstein?

According to a Washington post article:

I don't worry about Robert Mueller. He is a lifelong Republican with a career of distinguished service running the Criminal Division of the Justice Department for President Ronald Reagan...

If we use Ronald Reagan as the 2nd [RR] then I think the post MAY be telling us that neither Mueller or Rosenstein are dirty just as Ronald Reagan wasn't dirty?

For some reason I just saw "playbook-call" as a marker of some sort. Then we see 306-223.

The electoral was 304-227.

Playbook-call is of course a football reference.

Rel, I'm still wondering the RR vs Rosenstein thing. Rosenstein not by name but RR, until yesterday and it is highlighted a sole post. My thought was the Black Hats had no real way of knowing which side RR was on, now it is set? RR=playing both sides, or neither side, or unclear which side? Key is in RR vs. Rosenstein me thinks...

Cranky, I have a slightly different view.

The name Rosenstein has been used in posts before (#2106, #2069, #1316, #780).

However #2117 is the first time Q calls him Mr. Rosenstein.

Some might argue that Mister is a term of respect?

Over in the colonies saying "mister" is often condescending.

#2106 = sig list.
#2069 = as chain of command, like on the office wall.
#1316 = repeat of chain...
#780 = Quote from another.

For me in each case we see his proper name, it can be attributed to a non-Q related point. Where as RR's show up in various forms including different kill boxes.

Q didn't say "good bye RR" which would be consistent. Mabye RR was in fact the double agent or "turned" agent. Rosenstein was the black hat. When saying "good by Mr. Rosenstein" he sorta means "hello RR" or, "good bye black hat, hello white hat and you black hats are fools."

Then we go back to RR/Mueller Dirty, could indicate either they both play ball, or neither plays ball because they hinge on each other?
