Sure thing. I don't want to get overly technical about it. I think we all understand the concept of territorial waters. Every country with coastlines claim the shore to out about 12 miles as theirs. Airspace works the same way. In the United States we call it the ADIZ or Air Defense Identification Zone. The UK has something similar. Any aircraft that enters the ADIZ has to be identified and their intentions known. Happens hundreds of times a day with commercial flights. Now if something enters the ADIZ with no declaration a decision has to be made. The NOTAMs (Notice To Airmen) are very clear, if you don't identify or declare your intentions you risk being intercepted or shot down. Intercept is the norm. The shoot down decision will come from National Command Authority. I hope that helps

No it isn't. Everyone knows who Clinton is.

Also, what has discussing the contents of Q drops accomplished? No matter what people dig up you are still sitting there waiting for stuff to happen/for others to act.
