It's also interesting to read that Trump wanted to put journalists in jail in order to make them "talk".

Again, not earth-shattering, but a pattern does seem to be emerging.

Putin told Trump the hookers in Russia are the best. I thought that was funny but so far everything here is boring. I think it's time for the Comey Saga to exit stage left because this is a waste of time.

Now keep in mind that this memo was used as the impetus for a special counsel, and it basically says nothing that bad at all.

Amazing that a petty vindictive fired fbi agent has the power to start a years long investigatuion with seemingly unlimited scope to look at any crime going back decades merely by releasing memos of his conversations that basically show no wrong doing.

If this was an illegal leak than I have trouble seeing how this is now OK and it would prove why the doj wouldn't want to give them up if they are part of an investigation.

If it was an illegal leak it should be investigated and the leaker charged.

I feel the same for leaks on aall sides.

Keep in mind, this is only relevant because the former head of the FBI leaked the info to ghis friend and the press with the purpose of having a special counselor appointed; which worked.

A special council was appointed because Jeff Sessions was made the AG. He worked for the campaign and had to recuse himself because he is a dolt. Literally.

The NYT story about trump trying to get comey to let go of flynn is what led to the special counsel, which comey admitted is why he leaked.

You are saying the fbi doesnt want to give evidnece they legally have to to congress because they are afraid of leaks.

for someone who claims to be all for justice and rule of law, every post you have made on this is attempting to justify why the fbi and doj should not have to dislose anything to congress.

Trump did some damage by tweeting. This is a fact. Anyone with law in their backround knows you stfu until the trial is over. It sucks, it doesn't feel fair when it's you and you are innocent.

However, if you or I did this we would be in danger. Since he is special apparently above the law he doesn't need worry about procedure. Similar to Comey.

There is no proof of Mueller leaking. From Gowdy to Napalitano has testified to the man's tight ass procedural following. He fired compromised people in a few weeks of his appointment. Think about that in terms of government. It's like light speed.

If Jeff Sessions was not part of the campaign he would be in charge of the scope OF Mueller at leaSt. At best there is no need because the conflict of it interest of he being a possible collaborator would be non existent.

The rule of law is this is classified.

If trump had the balls people think he would have declassified and distributed. Instead it was the same sneaky business as usual.

Probably for less than the fisa memo.

Which turned out to do next to nothing.

The DOJ and FBI are working with the special council. He works with grand juries as well.

He is the ongoing investigation.


Mueller is a legit boyscout. Unlike comey. He is literally the faceless government do gooder. He is saying do not release. Rodstein and Wray also legit agree. It's not they are deep state. They don't campaign.

States with elected judges have higher corruption. Think about what that means in terms of people thinking elected public officials means better.

Anyhow. The are preserving a case for a man who could bust them for leaking.

If my assumptions are correct some Clinton people will also go down. But that's another talk.

Eh, I'm not really interested in it but being that Trump's former aides and campaign manager seem to have ties to Russians so I'd dare say that investigation is still very relevant. Trump does have ties to Russians but I'm not really interested in collusion to get him elected as much as I am interested in money laundering schemes with them. If he's been working with Russia, and other foreign entities, for years laundering money via real estate deals then that's a HUGE problem.
