One of the lates Q postings contains the following:

Why would sealed indictments be outside of DC jurisdiction?
What purpose would this serve?

Interesting that this is mention considering the attention the large number of sealed indictments that have recently been filed.

Could it have something to do with judges?

I have a dozen personal hopes and dreams. I highly doubt they will be addressed with these sealed indictments.

Philadelphia, PA, though.

I'll dream until the dream is dead.

But I do agree that spreading them out between judges is better than putting them in the hands of a couple who are laser-focused corrupt.

This is what I'm thinking.

Entrenched insider judges who are corrupt could be bypassed in this way.

One peice of data I havent been able to find. Is there some kind of average for a number of sealed indictments in each of these counties in a given month/year. Im sure there are some all of the time but im wondering exactly how out of the ordinary this amount of sealed indictments are.

Since folks keep wondering and pointing to whatever experts in law, here is the paper I pulled my numbers from.

This is a Federal Judicial Center study with numbers from 2006. Yes thats a few years back, but it should be pretty representative of the number of sealed indictments that happen in Federal court today.

Federal Study

Page 17 is the one to look at.

Out of 66,458 cases total in ALL Federal Courts, there were only 284 sealed indictments. This is coming from the actual source, not someone with any agenda or speaking without knowledge.

Speculation, but there might be something to this..

It seems like President Trump is trying to tell America something with his Asia tweets that are both from APEC and the ASEAN50 2017 summits in Asia this week. Earlier in the week he was at APEC and tagged his APEC tweets to the states of CA, FL, and TX where a majority of the 842 sealed indictments are located.

It may be coupled together with "States Secret's " ...Does anyone know how that "states secrets" works ? ...+++

YIKES ... If true and no one but us is talking about it ,it might explain the attacking of Session's as of late . They might know that something is up and want to get rid of him to make this go away ...That is a crazy number if true .Imagine the flood gates being opened all at once ...Trump would have to bring in extra help ...Kind of reminds me of Mordecai in the book of Ester .These large detention centers built around the US like Haman building the gallows only to be used on him . +++

Thanks JC....another point to note on the clip of the doc. The median of sealed cases when this study was done was less than 1%....0.97%. This is an unusually high number of sealed cases ....really unusual.

It isn't Sessions making the indictments: he recused himself, remember?Must be Mueller time.

Sessions if the head of the JD . What makes you think all the sealed indictments are from Muller ?

Only from the Russia collusion piece. If the counsel has branched into other avenues then he can definitely be a part of that. Remember he said he now has 27 investigations into leaks....pretty sure leaks are part of what Mueller is also uncovering.

I don't. I'm just pointing out they are almost certainly not from Sessions.
