Yes, if they checked logs and your experience happened with positive correlation to unknown target tracks they will investigate it. This has happened thousands of times in the past. They want to learn things because knowledge is power. Weaponizing things seems to be the end goal or learning anything related to technology and phenomenon that isn't human originated. I know that this must be taken lightly and at this point is conjecture, but your situation is not unique and has already been happening to others and reported on with similar circumstances in the past.

I would say just don't worry too much and stay strong. And stay happy
