Yes, CNN goes on tantrums about free speech every week, then dox a teenager over a funny gif they don't like.

What CNN just did was say, if you produce something we don't like, we'll threaten to dox you and release your private info.

CNN apparently thinks kamikaze is the best way to approach this war.

CNN is the first entity/person to get triggered enough to do something about it though, while spending countless hours bashing Trump for his thin skin.

Coming across 4Chan, Declaration of War against CNN! I am rolling here.,.....no joke, need sleep but just can't let this go. This is one of most unusual things I have witnessed in my lifetime! To see a so called Journalistic organization commit suicide isn't something often witnessed....

From what I'm reading of the "drama" it's no so much the creator is ashamed/afraid of being linked to the little video gif he created or legal action from CNN, but rather all the hate-filled, racist comments his username is associated with.

The guy probably works a 9-5 and doesn't want his boss to find out.

Hell, the guy could have have his name exposed, setup a GoFundMe and probably rake in millions at this point.

CNN has lost whatever journalistic integrity they had left.

Their wonder boy reporter Andrew Kaczynski (buzzfeed alum) blackmailed a reddit user (who may be a minor, but I'll wait for confirmation on that) and not only is he proud of it, so is CNN itself. So much so that it's the TOP story on their website.

This is freedom of the press? What say all of you CNN employees who are always complaining about bullying. What say you Anderson Cooper? How about you Jim Acosta? Jake Tapper?

What do you guys think about your colleague blackmailing and scaring the hell out of a kid for making a gif? And more importantly what do you guys think about your company blaring reports of his behavior out PROUDLY on top of their website?

I started a thread last week to plead for boycotting of CNN advertisers, and displayed how I e-mail each one to state that their product/service would not be purchased, as long as they advertised on CNN.

The thread disappeared from ATS, and I received a private message from a moderator, letting me know that the thread was moved to the ATS Trash Bin...but no explanation as to WHY.

Why would a thread of that nature be forbidden on ATS?
