I wouldn't waste your time debating that guy. He does the same thing on every thread.
Pretty sure he's just a troll from 4Chin.

I take it you won't be quoting anything to support your claim about the deceased assaulting somebody, then?

I didn't figure you would, I just wanted to be clear that while you were chastising everybody else because "we don't have the full story" you were simultaneously distorting, twisting, and fabricating information and then presenting it as fact to support your argument.

Thanks for clearing it up.

Funny how your logic works.

I stated a proven fact in my very first post and was attacked / chastised for it.
Defended my self and I am the one chastising.

I just wanted to be clear that while you are chastising me for not following the hive mind and jumping to conclusions.

You're right
I don't know. The price for pissing on a wall should not be death.
If it were someone close to you you would probably feel different

I'm sjw cause a dude was murdered for pissing and I don't think it's cool?

Say the cop's husband was the one that died after the physical altercation.

Would you even care?

I bet not.

Would you even have heard this story?

I bet not.

Say it was you not the man who happened to be the husband of a cop? (Who is just a Man, much bigger than the drunk)
Would you have got into a physical altercation with a guy in the parking lot because you saw him piddle?
If you did what if you killed him? What if he killed you?
All pretty stupid huh?

Incredibly stupid.

I would not have. I don't think it should be a crime in the first place.

I simply have seen this way too many times to buy the bleeding heart narrative.

The story so far is the following.

  • man pees outside denny's
  • man gets choked because of it
  • ends up dying after being choked.

Unless the urinater used lethal force against the choker. I don't see how the choker isn't guilty of murder.

This has nothing to do with liberals and everything to do with the law.

Completely agree, I just don't think he will get murder charges because he didn't have prior intent. Here's a local article (good find by daskakik) that says more about what happenedArticle link.

Thompson and his children had pulled into the Denny's parking lot in the 17700 block of the Crosby Freeway in east Harris County, according to Gonzalez. Thompson, later identified as the husband of a sheriff's deputy, allegedly saw Hernandez urinating in public, according to Gonzalez.

even when your kids are with you you have to be a cowboy and save the day.

i dont understand the mentality

why would you go confront a person at all let alone when you have your kids with you?

# this guy...
as usual the ones that lose is the guy that died cause he pissed on the wall and the kids of the cowboy...now daddy wont be around.
who is gonna teach them to rush in and save the day?

Where's it proven again?

Still waiting for your quote. The paragraph you attempted to direct me to doesn't say anything about the deceased assaulting anybody. It says it was a confrontation.

An eyewitness account is neither proven, nor is it necessarily fact. Don't try and latch on to a subsequent post now. When you made your statement you provided nothing to support it.

You are correct: I'm chastising you for jumping to conclusions while crapping on others for jumping to conclusions. Glad I was able to dumb that concept down enough that you finally understood it.

You can keep waiting.

You don't want a discussion you want to insult and belittle and I'm the one that gets snipped for defending myself.

I asked for a discussion several times and you demurred. Don't start trying to play the victim now.

Pepe would be ashamed of your performance here.

Uh, obviously things went down between the pissing and the choking. Should be interesting to learn exactly what. If drunk guy took a swing or made a threat it's on his own shoulders, being Texas and all...

True, we really don't know the whole story. Sadly alcoholic dementia often causes delusions
of power and shreds all sensibilities of what is real and what is fantasy. For all we know this guy went nuts, and believes he can outfight 10 men, maybe twice that. Maybe the cop associate got triggered with adrenaline after sensing the guy's superhuman belief in himself.

A guy I knew does a lot of drinking, starting in the morning. He told me that it causes the targeted attacks to go away, ie., the voices in his head being sent by a guy with illegal technology who lives in a mountain cabin in Tennessee. My suspicion is that the poison causes the xenobiotics he may be harboring to malfunction temporarily, but he will hear none of this.

Once he plopped 5 grand on a bar in a seedy tavern. He said that he was targeted, gang stalked, and they tossed him out. But online I saw a police report which stated that he was belligerent, and asked to leave. After being escorted outside by the staff, he came back and bellowed that he would take on everyone in the bar. Just begging for it. Like the infected mouse that stands in front of a cat and gives it a mousey middle finger.

T.gondi is my first thought, a network of communicating bacteria which hijacks the brain and creates hi risk behavior in men, and compliance in women. Lots of folk have it, and estimates are as high as 50%. It only becomes a problem when a person consumes comedic amounts of booze or otherwise neglects their constitution such that immune function is impaired. My theory is that once the booze depletes the B vitamins, the germs struggle to survive, regroup so to say, since they need a constant high source of B group minerals (see Daraprim). While recovering from hangovers, the stalking voices inexorably resume the torment, so he drinks some more, preferring to ascribe the effect to psycho warfare gang stalkers.

By urinating in public, the T.gondi is given a good chance of spreading to fresh hosts, because the germs hosted in the urine last for months, and become eventually airborne, so it's not a reach to suggest that the victim didn't even know that he was urinating in an inappropriate place. It could have been the germs controlling him. Who can say? Bottom line is pretty clear: No Flying Car for him.

In several states the act of urinating or defecating on another person is considered to be felony assault with intent to kill up to that time that the person who committed the act is deemed by medical evaluation to be free of any diseases that would give the receiver an incurable disease, then it would be deemed assault, Felony/misdemeanor, according to the state. It was never clear if the drunk guy urinated on the husband of the Deputy Sheriff.

We always had to clean our own patrol cars when a person we arrested "evacuated" inside of our car when transporting. I hated that...

Baby Huey and his wife, the deputy, both need to be charged. She's basically helping him kill the man.

This isn't going away like so many others.

of course it was handled wrong.
anyone who does not think so is a cowboy too.

I think you are giving Cowboys a bad rap. I have known many cowboys in my day and most were even tempered reasonable sorts. Maybe we need another word? Broncobuster, they are tending to a little more aggressive?

Another detail I haven't seen.On the wall? In the parking lot? Where? On someone's car, discrete? not?

as has been noted not that it changes the situation any.

Actually, it could have been because of the kids if the guy was exposing himself where the kids could see.

This guy was no cowboy. Just a hot headed a-hole who thought since his wife was a cop it gave me a get out of jail card to do what ever he liked.
You would be surprised how many of those there are in Houston.

Witnesses say Hernandez was quickly overpowered by the man, who continued to beat him then put him in a chokehold for 10 to 15 minutes.

Really, 10 to 15 minutes. I going to guess that this man has lots of experience throwing his weight around.
