of course it was handled wrong.
anyone who does not think so is a cowboy too.

I think you are giving Cowboys a bad rap. I have known many cowboys in my day and most were even tempered reasonable sorts. Maybe we need another word? Broncobuster, they are tending to a little more aggressive?

i dont mean an actual cowboy. not calling him that cause he is from texas.
cowboy as in someone that is super tough and wants to swoop in and save the day.

"Cowboys" are gentlemen, youve watched "Young Guns" too much.

A hat, jeans and boots are standard casual wear where I'm from, yet not everybody is a cowboy.

I guess for years "City Folk" used in the same manner has gotten to y'all?

Thompson and his children had pulled into the Denny's parking lot in the 17700 block of the Crosby Freeway in east Harris County, according to Gonzalez. Thompson, later identified as the husband of a sheriff's deputy, allegedly saw Hernandez urinating in public, according to Gonzalez.

even when your kids are with you you have to be a cowboy and save the day.

i dont understand the mentality

why would you go confront a person at all let alone when you have your kids with you?

# this guy...
as usual the ones that lose is the guy that died cause he pissed on the wall and the kids of the cowboy...now daddy wont be around.
who is gonna teach them to rush in and save the day?

Actually, it could have been because of the kids if the guy was exposing himself where the kids could see.

could have been.
so you roll up with your kids and you see a man pissing on a wall. the correct course of action is to run up and confront the dude while your kids are nearby?
maybe stay with your kids. get them out of view and call the cops?

nightflight, nice write up on the act of pissing on someone.
he was pissing on a wall

the cowboy got mad for some reason and decided to handle #

Just curious as to what you have against cowboys? Other than them being a crappy team.

You keep using that term in a demeaning way. Did a cowboy touch you inappropriately.

the term can mean many things.

think of the scene in boondock saints...the cop realizes a guy was shooting with two guns. right hand shooting right. left hand shooting left.
but there was a crossover

right hand shoots left. left hand shoots right.
cop says

"we got ourselves a cowboy"

it means a show off. a tough guy. someone that thinks he is the # and gonna show the wall pisser just what time it is.

i guess im the only one that has heard the term used that way

I think we all need to stop with labels and start calling a spade a spade.

The guy was an A hole who murdered someone for pissing against a wall

No need to call him a cowboy or a redneck or any other tribal affix he was simply an A hole murderer

i think i will call him what i want
i have made it clear i dont mean an actual cowboy

words and terms do have different meanings depending on the context.
of course this dude was an asshole but he also fits my personal definition of a cowboy in the context i am using it in.

not really my problem if people have a problem with the term

Sorry there needs to be more assessed here. If the man said hey there bathrooms inside don't piss on the outside wall. Then the guy mouthed off and attacked him and he beat him up in self defense and the guy revised to relent and ended up dead that's on him. It has nothing too do with a black heart.
