Trump is trolling, but it's crafty! (and funny)

There's really not a damn thing anyone can say about it because the hipocricy that exists is staggering. At some point everyone is going to have to realize that special "heritage" months are stupid and childish. Just like special grants etc for race and gender. Special treatment for ANYONE is a stupid thing. There will not be TRUE equality till the nation recognizes this as a whole.

Awesome!

Does this mean white people will stop getting triggered by Black History Month?

That was my first thought actually.

I see no point to this - - other then something like that.

I have a killer recipe for corned beef and cabbage if anyone needs one.

The one meal the Irish make that doesn't suck!! I love that stuff. Goes great with beer too. Although too much and things get a bit stinky.

Except that's an American dish.

As a person of Irish descent, that makes me smile.

As a wife of an Irishman, me to.

Does that include the disabled too?

No creating ways to have equality is not stupid.

I love how President Trump focuses on moving forward with his agenda, while having a good time doing it. The Dems are like miserable mosquitos buzzing around the room. They annoy us, more than the President it seems.

Thanks for the heads-up! To celebrate, I just purchased a St. Patrick's day Illinois lottery ticket. I'm hoping to not win more than $600. Illinois is only handing out I.O.U.'s for winnings over $600.

Green beer for everyone.

What??? Seriously??? I always thought it was Irish.

So that means not even one food the Irish make is any good??? Damn that's sad.

People aren't equal though. It's about making some things more equal when you can. Not taking things away because the default is equal. Things aren't equal by default. You have to try and make them more equal as a move toward helping others. Or at least offering help if they choose to accept it.

And straight out of the gate with the racist stereotypes of drunken Irish people!

Yup, that's right. Sorry snowflake. I find it to be ok to joke about cultural stereotypes because of the fact that I don't take them seriously or use it as a weapon against others.

I have nothing at all against anyone who's Irish. Nor do I think that statement encapsulates all Irish People either. So I joke about it. So go find your safe space and put your blinders on and don't admit to any cultural differences between people.

Meanwhile the rest of us will be hanging out together with the ability to laugh about ourselves and others without being offended by it.

hold on folks, we got a problem here, there are only 12 months and more than 12 ethnic groups,so a lot of ethnic groups aren`t going to be able to have a month.
if all the ethnic groups can`t have their own month then none of them should have a month,it would be discriminatory to let some groups have a month but not other groups.

Maybe we can rotate them during an 8 year span?

96 might be enough to at least get started, we could cover all the major groups first and see how it goes.
