I feel that if the one guy's a convert that it bolsters the idea of a type of black op psyop because it always requires that someone brainwash someone else.

Radio Canada reporting the shooters are two students from Université de Laval.

They are in their 20s. 1 Moroccan and 1 from Quebec.
