Probably because they think after sixty years of preparing for war with the USA, they have a few tricks organised. They will be disappointed if
nothing kicks off. You cant use nukes, if their nuclear facilities are bombed, they will be in Seoul in half an hour. If America wants to invade
them, that means, an army many times that of the DPKR about 8 million personal. It's already what it is a Stalemate. The problem is a mistake, if any
posturing is seen as a potential invasion then the world could have a problem.
