Already since March, we have repeatedly stated that Donald Trump is only a reserve of the establishment. It seems that Donald does everything he can to justify this estimation, day after day. Forget the cruel Far-Right members he has already picked. Forget that he met with Mitt Romney and that he appointed Steven Mnuchin, a former Goldman Sachs executive as Secretary of Treasury.

President-elect Donald Trump announced Friday that the new head of his White House National Economic Council will be another Goldman Sachs executive. Gary Cohn, who is president and chief operating officer at Goldman Sachs, joined the Wall Street firm in 1990 and has since served in leadership roles involving bond trading, according to Reuters. He eventually become co-head of broader securities at the company and was promoted to co-president in 2006.

Gary Cohn? Seriously?

We knew that Hillary was taking money from Wall Street. We knew the degree of corruption of the Clintonian dynasty. We knew how much the system is rigged to serve the interests of the banking mafia, but this is beyond imagination for a candidate that has been fully promoted as 'anti-establishment'.

Who could ever imagine: the 'anti-establishment' Trump not only wouldn't do anything to fight the corrupted establishment, but instead, he would put it straight inside the White House!

Just another anti-Trump thread . Some folks should actually research (and I know that is an unknown term for some) ,
who the "bankers" (GS is an investment firm, not a bank) are. They are all registered Democrats. Of course , you didnt know that , either . Look at their views on some subjects before you post. Not just jump head first into an article just because it matches what you want to think...

It's gonna piss off a lot of lefties when it's turns out he was lying about less war and fair trade too. Trump is Paul Ryan's puppet.

It never mattered. They just wanted to win & were willing to say whatever it took to get people to support their candidate.

When he starts putting career politicians in all these spots I'll worry.
As for now he's choosing people capable of doing the job and not a bunch of social justice warriors like our last president.

Cohn and Mnuchin both have strong views on the US Central Bank (Federal Reserve) . Neither believes in the monopoly money . Mnuchin has went as far as saying he would try to remove the Federal Reserve and go back to precious metals backed dollar and the Treasury Department. This view hasnt been heard since John F Kennedy

Trump talked of the political establishment and special interests, not business men and bankers. Straw man.

John Bolton as Deputy Secretary of State
Jeff Sessions as Attorney General.
ExxonMobil and Goldman Sachs..

Seems like the Political Establishment and Special interests will be very well represented in his administration.

This is your source? Really? A blog!

The title says it all.

And all you have done is cut and pasted the article here, you haven't even added/contributed any of your own thoughts, your whole OP is the article itself

He trumpeted himself to the American voter as the "anti-establishment" candidate and that he'd "drain the swamp," but a week out from the election I wasn't at all surprised he did an about face and started complimenting the Clintons as "very nice people." Seriously?! And since then his filling of key positions in his administration with Washington "establishment" insiders leaves me feeling he's totally hoodwinked his base and he's little more than a typical po-liar-citian who says one thing during the campaign and does another after he's elected into office. Even just today I heard Joe Siracusa, an American professor living in Australia, refer to Trump's ongoing selection of his cabinet along the lines of dredging the swamp rather than draining it and he's actually enabling the MI complex further. That doesn't bode well in my view for the next 4-8 years...

I think many people interpreted Donald Trump's intentions and statements incorrectly.

People have various interpretations of any given Bible verse as well.

As long as President Donald Trump makes America EVEN GREATER, he can do whatever he thinks is best.

Amazingly, the trend to a better nation is already underway...even before the man is sworn in as President. Awesome stuff!
