Well when certain leaks begin pointing directly at the FBI, I'd imagine they'd need an excuse for damage control.

At this point the FBI needs to be dismantled along with the CIA and NSA.

Then replace it with a system that isn't so corrupted. While we're at it, let's do the same with the entire executive branch and judicial.
