That was a great post. "Duality" is what I see in religions, as well. I see it in the whole world, too. It seems something thrives off of the dualities that cause us suffering.
I also agree that religion just brainwashes a person and stunts the true growth that can be achieved if not indoctrinated.

Would that same concept apply to those who are against any of these religions? I mean, if you are so sure you have the objective truth, does that not make you feel spiritually special?

Maybe you need to study Chinese history?

China was not always one unified megalith. China went through a violent period where it was a series of nation states warring on their smaller neighbors to force them to annex. This went on until an empire was established.

In fact, one of the most respected works on military strategy, The Art of War, was written by a Chinese man.

The Chinese were invading their neighbors too. The earliest recorded Chinese invasion of Vietnam was in the second century BC when the Emperor Qin Shi Huang invaded and expanded his empire into northern Vietnam. This lasted until the French showed up in 1884.

Well if you call em like you see em ...every religon really IS THE SAME....EXACTLY the same origins....MAN.....no one else....nothing else.... stories of experiences passed from one man to other men......human to human conversation....everything in a human context.

Christians worship the God of Abraham. Jews worship the God of Abraham. Muslims worship the God of Abraham.

Christians worship the Creator known as The Word of God who is the only begotten son of The Most High El. You err in not realizing what Christianity truly is. The Jews and Islam do not recognize nor accept the Creator as the only Begotten Son of The Most High.

Christianity, in its true sense, accepts the celestial Creator as the Terrestrial Jesus whereas both Judaism and Islam reject the Creator as becoming flesh and regard Jesus as but another prophet or terrestrial man. You do not seem to understand Christianity at all.

The first paragraph in that documentary basically says all evidence I got in this video doesn't come from the holy texts of the religion, it comes from things written "centuries later"

'God' is a ubiquitous word to the world. When you say God, you're referencing the single God contextually, unless the God has a title, IE: God of Fire, God of War.

Other words that translate to 'God' also literally depict this same figure, despite the word being spoken and spelled differently, this is obviously normal for another language as you would expect, however also where the misconception comes into play. Dieu is the word for the contextual single-God in French, but this does not mean they worship a big French man in the sky as opposed to an American one. They worship, the same generally described old bearded man, however do not say 'God'.
